Under CSR, Blood Donation Camp-2024 was organized on 16th October, 2024, in collaboration with Indus Hospital. Pak Suzuki, Vendors & Contractors, etc. Employees extensively participated in Blood Donation Campaign; the campaign was setup in Head Office Conference Room, HR Training room & Mobile Bus was also present to facilitate donors.
Total 577 persons participated & after Medical screening, blood drawn from 372 donors. Please note that 1 pint (~450ml) of blood, will eventually helpful for saving Three precious lives.
Mr. Hiroshi Kawamura-MD, Mr. Yosh*taka Oishi-DMD, Mr. Muhammad Ali Lodi-Head Operations, Mr. Omer Butt-Head Procurement (CSR Managing Committee Officials) visited the Blood Donation Camp & appreciated the facilities setup by Pak Suzuki & Indus Hospital & the enthusiasm of all the donors for their blood donation.
Another Blood Donation Campaign were held in Regional Office South Punjab on 18th & 21st October, 2024, in which dealers also participated; total 59 persons participated & 51 persons donated their blood.

Pak Suzuki Motor Co. has inaugurated a Renovation & Construction project at Govt. Boys Primary School Wagodar on 23rd September, 2024. Mr. Hiroshi Kawamura-MD & CEO Pak Suzuki inaugurated the Renovation & Construction Project; Mr. Jameel Akhtar Ansari-Deputy Director Schools Education, Mr. Iqbal Memon-District Education Officer, Head Corporate Planning, Head Plant Purchase & Section Head Corporate Affairs have also attended the ceremony.
The renovation & construction project consisted of demolishing of unrepairable old infrastructure, renovation of classrooms, construction of washrooms & sewerage system, flooring, boundary walls repair & height increase, roof renovation & screeding, installation of lights & fans, storeroom construction, relocation & renovation of main entrance gate, school painting, donation of furniture (students’ desks, chairs & cupboard), etc.
School was abandoned due to devasted condition & there were no such facilities available in school before the Renovation & Construction Project, students were sitting on the sand floor at other place & teachers were also facing furniture shortages, etc.
Govt. Education Officials, School Management & Students appreciated the role of Pak Suzuki Motor Co. for continues support & promoting Education in underprivilege areas & thanked a lot to for the Renovation/Construction Projects & Furniture Donation projects in Government School, as these facilities really help students to get an education in a better environment.

Suzuki Pakistan conducted Trainings comprised of (Safe Driving Techniques, Kaizen & 5S Management) at Regional Office South Punjab on 21st August’ 2024.
The purpose of Safe Driving Techniques (SDT) training was to provide Region Staff with knowledge about Safe & Defensive driving Techniques, Traffic Rules & Regulations, Traffic signs, Counter Measures in Emergency Situations, Vehicle Maintenance Tips, etc., session was comprised of Theoretical, Pictorial & Videos demonstration. While the purpose of Kaizen & 5S Trainings was to introduce Japanese working culture & methodologies Kaizen & 5S Management (based on Theoretical & Practical examples to understand the concepts), so that Region staff would be able to learn, implement & take benefits from the best practices. Total 21 Region staff & showrooms members attended these sessions.

Suzuki Pakistan, under CSR a session on “SAFE DRIVING TECHNIQUES” in the company in coordination with Marketing & Sales Function for Car Carriers’ Owner, Managers, Supervisors and Drivers, on 19th July, 2024. The purpose of the session was to enhance the Safety Level of Car Carrier Team to ensure their safe journey.
During the session, Head & S1 Distribution & Logistics explained Loading & Lashing SOP, Tools & Accessories Movement, Car Carrier Movement in Company, Safety Observations, etc.; Head Corporate Planning educated the participants about Safe Driving Techniques, Highway Driving Rules and Tips for Maintenance of Vehicles; the awareness session also comprised of pictorial/video demonstration about Driving Signs and Techniques, Accidents and their Precautions.
Safety Instruction Booklets were also distributed among participants.

The purpose of Safe Driving Techniques (SDT) training was to provide students & Staff with knowledge about Safe & Defensive driving Techniques, Traffic Rules & Regulations, Traffic signs, Counter Measures in Emergency Situations, Vehicle Maintenance Tips, etc., session was comprised of Theoretical, Pictorial & Videos demonstration. While the purpose of Kaizen & 5S Trainings was to introduce Students & staff to Japanese working culture & methodologies Kaizen & 5S Management (based on Theoretical & Practical examples to understand the concepts), so that the students & staff would be able to learn, implement & take benefits from the best practices that are implemented in industries & especially in Pak Suzuki Motor Co. Total 49 participants attended these sessions.

While the purpose of Kaizen & 5S Trainings was to introduce Vendor’s Officials to Japanese working culture & methodologies Kaizen & 5S Management (based on Theoretical & Practical examples to understand the concepts), so that the Vendors Officials & Region staff would be able to learn, implement & take benefits from the best practices that are implemented in industries & especially in Pak Suzuki Motor Co. Total 14 Vendor’s Official & 9 Region staff members attended these sessions.

Blood Donation Campaign-2023
Under CSR, Blood Donation Camp-2023 was organized on 7th December, 2023, in collaboration with Indus Hospital. Employees extensively participated in Blood Donation Campaign; total 80 donors donated their blood voluntarily.

Clean-up the World Campaign" Beach Cleaning Campaign
Under CSR, and following Suzuki Motor Corporation “Clean-up the World Campaign”, ‘Beach Cleaning Campaign’ is carried out on Friday 1st December, 2023 at Seaview Clifton in collaboration with Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC), the purpose was to create awareness about the importance of environment protection and Marine Life conservation among employees & public. The campaign was successful; around 80 employees of Pak Suzuki participated in this campaign. Around 100 bags of garbage were collected and disposed of properly via Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC).
While addressing the campaign, Mr. Hiroshi Kawamura, MD & CEO of Pak Suzuki said that globally Suzuki Motor Corporation is doing beach cleaning campaign as CSR activity; first time I joined here & I found a lot of garbage; just in one day it does not improve the situation, so we are giving awareness that we should understand & we should improve our habit that not to discard garbage here, this is very important. He further that it is a good and noble initiative that requires collective effort to sustain a clean and healthy environment as a whole.

Face Masks Donation to Burns Centre
Pak Suzuki donated 150,000 face masks to the Burns Centre on October 26, 2023.
The Burns Centre, established in collaboration with the Government of Sindh in 2004, is a vital 66-bed charitable hospital specializing in the treatment of burn patients. The facility boasts state-of-the-art ICUs and other amenities, along with a team of qualified doctors and para-medical staff. Importantly, the centre offers free medical treatment to underprivileged and needy burn patients from all over Pakistan.
Since its inception, the Burns Centre has achieved remarkable milestones, having performed more than 34,000 surgeries and attended to over 148,000 outpatient visits, till date. These statistics underscore the significant impact the centre has had on the lives of countless individuals in need.
Mr. M. Irfan Tariq-Head of Corporate Planning, during a formal ceremony, handed over the face masks to Mr. Azmat Ataka-Advisor Resource Development at Burns Centre. These face masks are a valuable resource for the hospital, providing protection for doctors, staff, and patients as required. The Burns Centre management has expressed its gratitude to Pak Suzuki for its ongoing support in enhancing healthcare facilities for the community.
This generous act of corporate social responsibility reflects Pak Suzuki's commitment to improving community health and well-being. Burns Centre commend these efforts in making a positive difference in the lives of those who rely on the Burns Centre for essential medical care.
