Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD) former Karachi Deaf Welfare Association (KDWA) was established in 1987 by few dynamic deaf youths.
PAD is a member of World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) and responsible to represent Pakistani deaf community national We will be a leader in providing barrier free environment to the deaf community through quality education so that they can enjoy their rights freely.
