Today, the cluster head sir Waqas Saleem and teachers at GBSS Karachi Cambridge attended a training session on SAMRS — a system introduced by the Sindh Government to improve attendance tracking and help keep students in school. Nice to see such initiatives reaching our school.

We are proud to share that our English teacher, Sir Syed Hassan Abid, is attending this year’s Iatefl conference. His participation reflects his commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching.

The International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) is a global organization for English teachers. Its annual conference will be held in , United Kingdom, from 21–24 April 2026, bringing together educators from around the world to share innovative ideas and modern teaching practices.

A vigilance team from the BSEK conducted an inspection visit to GBSS Karachi Cambridge Campus, Nazimabad No. 1, today amid the ongoing board examinations. The team expressed satisfaction with the arrangements, noting that the exams were being conducted in an orderly and transparent manner with no discrepancies found.

🏆 Shields were awarded to position holders in recognition of their outstanding academic performance.
🏅 Medals and certificates were presented to students for excellent attendance, neatness, and exemplary behavior throughout the session.
⚽ Students who actively participated in sports and various co-curricular activities were also recognized for their enthusiasm and talent.
📚 Course books for the next class were also distributed among the students.

The Headmaster, Sir Waqas Saleem congratulated the students on their achievements in both academics and co-curricular activities, highlighting the importance of overall development. He also appreciated the teachers for their continuous dedication and efforts in guiding and mentoring the students.

This is to inform all parents and students that the (Class VI–VIII) examinations scheduled to begin on 16/02/2026 have been postponed and the new dates will be announced soon.
