The Institute of Environmental Studies, University of Karachi, had the honour of welcoming Dr. Zaighum Abbas, Director, Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination.
Director of the Institute of Environmental Studies Dr. Farrakh Nawaz and Dr. Waqar Ahmed presented him a shield.
The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction, exchange of ideas, and discussion on environmental challenges, climate action, sustainability, and future opportunities for collaboration. We sincerely appreciate Dr. Zaighum Abbas for visiting the Institute and sharing valuable insights with our faculty and students.

A memorable Milad on the account of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ arranged at the Institute of Environmental Studies, Karachi University by the Nature Saviors Society.
On 25th August 2026, we were honored by two special guests: Kurram Habib Naat Khuwan and Hafiz Syed Fasihullah, his heartfelt bayan moved everyone to tears.
Students presented their naats ,bayan, durood with pride,and love for the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and we were grateful to hear inspiring words from Director Dr. Farrakh Nawaz, Dr. Aamir Alamgir, Dr. Waqar, Dr. Suraiya Jabeen, and President Ms. Sadaf Faryal Shah.

عید میلاد النبی ﷺ کے موقع پر انسٹیٹیوٹ آف انوائرنمنٹل اسٹڈیز، کراچی یونیورسٹی میں نیچر سیورز سوسائٹی کی جانب سے ایک یادگار محفلِ میلاد کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔

25 اگست 2026 کو ہمیں دو خاص مہمانوں کی حاضری کا شرف حاصل ہوا: خرم حبیب نعت خواں اور حافظ سید فصیح اللہ صاحب۔ ان کا دل کو چھو لینے والا بیان سب کی آنکھیں نم کر گیا۔

طلبہ نے نبی کریم ﷺ کی محبت اور عقیدت سے سرشار ہو کر نعتیں، بیان اور درود پیش کیے۔
