The story of Hazrat e Hur (as).
Many people think its too late in their lives to repent and be remorseful, but with Allah the time to ask does not end till the day that you die, so listen to Allah’s plea and turn to him.
A perfect example of this is Hazrat Hur ibn Yazid ar-Riyah (a). We all know the story of this great man, arguably the man responsible for the Imam (AS) and his family ending up in .

Hazrat Hur (as) was the commander of Yazid’s regiment, who had obstructed Imam Hussain (a.s)’s way near Kufa, leading them to the desert of Karbala.

From that night he spent all his time in remorse and feeling very guilty for having obstructed the way of the grandson of the (PBUH) and blamed himself for bringing the Imam (AS) to Karbala. The armies officers and soldiers were constantly wondering at the mysterious sorrowful silence and the serious pensive mood in which Hazrat Hur (a.s) spent all his time.
On the morning of the 10th of Hazrat Hur (a.s) called on his son and with his servant the three of them secretly escaped the enemies tents and made his way towards the Imams camp.
He appeared before (a.s), with tears in his eyes begging for his pardon for the wrong he had done. He was received very warmly by the Imam and his companions, and was treated as a special guest.
This shows us how forgiving the Imam (AS) was, and he is just a servant of the almighty Allah (s.w.t), the all-forgiving.
Can we even begin to imagine how forgiving Allah is?
The moral is to turn to our with sincerity and you will never be let down, for surely he says “Call on me and I shall answer you”.

The Unbreakable Bond Between Syeda Sakina and Mola Abbas (A.S.) 💔🌹
In the scorching plains of Karbala, where the sun bore witness to the greatest sacrifice in human history, a sacred and tender bond blossomed between two souls — Syeda Sakina bint al-Hussain (A.S.), the innocent pearl of Ahlul Bayt, and Ghazi Abbas ibn Ali (A.S.), the valiant standard-bearer, the moon of the Hashemites, and the protector of the women and children.
From the moment little Sakina would run into the arms of her uncle Abbas in Madinah and Karbala, a unique love was born. She called him “Baba Abbas” or “Uncle Abbas” with the purest affection. He was not just her uncle — he was her shield, her comforter, her hero. In the tents of Hussain’s camp, when the enemy had cut off water for three days, it was Abbas who risked everything for a single drop for Sakina and the thirsty children. He fought his way to the Euphrates, filled the water bag, but was mercilessly attacked — arms severed, eyes pierced, yet his heart still beat only for the safety of Sakina and the family of the Prophet ﷺ.
Even in the most heartbreaking moments, their bond shone with divine light. When Sakina, devastated by the thirst and the martyrdom of her father Imam Hussain (A.S.), would cry out in the dark night of the desert, it was the thought of her Baba Abbas that brought her a flicker of hope. She knew if anyone could bring water, it was him. When news of Abbas’s shahadat reached the tents, the little girl’s world shattered. The one who always wiped her tears, carried her on his shoulders, and promised to protect her with his life had fallen. Yet his legacy of loyalty became her strength.

"19 Zil-hajj" is a date in the Islamic calendar, "Shab e Rukhsati" means the When Bibi Fatima moved from Prophet's house to Maula Ali's house. "Mola Ali" refers to Ali, the son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad, and "Bibi Fatima" refers to Fatima, the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad.

The household duties could become quite exacting for Fatima Zahra but she found happiness and strength in the remembrance of God. The Book of God was her constant companion. She forgot the drudgery of work as she read passages from that book. And when she put her children to sleep in the crib, she again read selections from the same book as “lullabies” to them.
