The Caffeine Fix put immense stress on the detailing in their restaurant, whether it's the few stairs you need to walk up to enter the main dining area, or the extensive Keto menu that they have put up. For The Caffeine Fix the deal is about giving the most extensive restaurant experience that one can give and on Keto in particular, and it's almost bizarrely funny that they deliver almost every time. It remains a mystery that how do they manage 190 dishes and drinks successfully, and also they provide even more customization to their customers. To figure out how do they do it, we sat down with The Caffeine Fix's owner Mr. Ahmar Hassan. Ahmar is young and ambitious, the only thing on his mind is to be the best at what he does.

๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: We started out as a coffee shop and then it just grew into a cafรฉ
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: Any problems you faced, maybe in dine in or day to day challenges?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: We face new problems every day, but we deal with them. For dine in, we run out of space, but thatโs a good problem. It is challenging managing the staff, I would say thatโs my day to day challenge, but we get used to it afterwards
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: What is your take on fine dine in?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: Itโs a cafe, not a fine dine in place. Itโs a place you come to hang out and chill
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: How do you improve the whole dine in experience?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: By giving customers suggestions, according to what they want and following up. Our service follows up throughout the order.
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: How open are you to involve technology in your day to day operations to increase customer convenience?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: Iโm pretty happy with the way things are right now, but if something gave them a better experience, Iโd be open to it.
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: How much does customer satisfaction matter to you?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: I go through the comment cards every night. Every operation, every menu is constantly developing through customer feedback. Itโs extremely important and we take it very seriously. The only way we can get more customers and repeating customers is if the customer walks out happy. If you have 10 happy customers you might end up with 5 new customers and if you have one unhappy customer, youโre going to lose around 20 customers.
๐ฎ๐ถ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐: Has there been something in particular your customer said that this is something you should change?
๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐: Well, service was slow and we took on more servers and that issue has been resolved.
