Today, Nursery B continued their 2nd week of orientation by reinforcing shape recognition through fun and engaging activities! ✨ Our little learners enjoyed matching shape puzzles, watching an educational video, coloring different shapes, and practicing pattern tracing as part of their early writing journey. These activities help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, shape recognition, concentration, and pre-writing skills while making learning enjoyable.

Our students explored multiplication through an engaging two-station CPA (Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract) learning experience.

Beginning with concrete materials, they built a strong understanding of multiplication, represented their thinking pictorially, and then progressed to abstract number sentences.

This hands-on approach encouraged conceptual understanding, collaboration, and confidence as students solved multiplication problems in meaningful ways.
From hands-on exploration to mathematical thinking! 🌟

During their settling period, our Pre-Nursery students enjoyed a bubble wrap painting activity using sponge. Before starting, they were encouraged to touch and explore the unique texture of the bubble wrap, helping them develop their sensory awareness and curiosity. They then used sponges to create colourful prints on the bubble wrap.

This hands on activity helped build their focus, concentration, fine motor skills, and sensory exploration while making their settling period fun and engaging.
