NED Cyber Community organized a remarkable onsite Capture the Flag (CTF) NED CTF 2023 competition, where students from diverse universities showcased their skills and enthusiasm. It gives us immense pleasure to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the brilliant minds behind the success of this event: Kabeer Ahmed, Rehan Mumtaz , haris ahmed, and Saad Akhtar, our exceptional CTF organizers. Their relentless dedication and meticulous planning ensured an unforgettable experience for all participants.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Shehnila Zardari, our esteemed Chairperson, for her invaluable support and guidance throughout every stage of this endeavour. Her visionary leadership and commitment to academic excellence have been instrumental in empowering students and fostering a vibrant academic community.

Moreover, we want to acknowledge the remarkable efforts of Miss Shiza Riaz Memon, who played a pivotal role in making this event a reality. Her unwavering commitment and tireless work behind the scenes were crucial in bringing all the elements together.
