Diploma in Corporate Governance

DHA Suffa University in collaboration with International School of Business and Law (ISOBAL) is organizing a Diploma program in Corporate Governance for Company Directors, Senior Managers, Public Sector Managers etc.
This diploma program offers an exposure to Corporate Governance, including the legal and regulatory framework, relevant to company directors and board members and behavioral and psychological issues relevant to boards. The key strength of the program is the peer-to-peer learning from highly experienced instructors in the field of Corporate Governance.
Venue: DHA Suffa University - ELT
Timings: 11:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 4 hours a week (Sundays only)

Part 4: DIPLOMA IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Presentation by Barrister Naseem Bajwa (Practicing in London & Lahore)
In March this year, ISOBAL arranged a seminar on Introduction to Corporate Governance.
In May 2023, as a follow up to the lecture in March, we have invited Barrister Naseem Bajwa to give a presentation which focuses on the rules and regulations pertaining to the selection of Directors and their fiduciary duties.
Barrister Bajwa has been associated with International School Of Business And Law (ISOBAL) for 20 years. He visits Karachi regularly.
It maybe added that inspite of the situation in Karachi the Barrister managed to complete his lectures successfully on time.
He has been invited to give a repeat performance before September this year.
In summing up Professor Iqbal suggested the importance of Accountability, Transparency and Delivery in Corporate Governance.

Part 3: DIPLOMA IN CORPORATE LAW
This Programme was inaugurated on 21st March 2023 jointly between International School of Business and law and DHA Suffa University. It was well attended, and the enthusiasm of the participants was expressed by the number of questions asked.
The presentation given by Prof. Iqbal and Mr. Manzar Bashir Memon was noteworthy.
Duration 4 months. Evening classes twice weekly.
Registration to be completed by 30th April 2023 Commencement of classes in middle of May.
