ہم نرسسز ،ڈسپنسر،ایم ٹی کیوں اتنے احساس کمتری کا شکار ہیں۔کیوں ہمیں اپنا اپنا شعبہ اچھا نہیں لگتا،
کیوں ہم لوگ وہ بننا چاہتے ہیں جو ہم نہیں ہیں،میں یہ نہیں کہتی کہ ہم ڈاکٹر نہیں بن سکتے تھے،بےشک ہم لوگوں نے محنت کی ہوتی سکول کے ٹاہم سے،تو ہم بھی میڈیکل کالج میں داخلہ لے سکتے تھے ۔
یہاں ایسے لوگ یورپین ملکوں کی مثالیں دے رہے ہیں، جو کبھی اپنے شہر سے آگے نہیں گئے ہیں ،میں ر کے آئ ہوں 3 مہینے کی ٹریننگ پر۔
انکا نالج اور جو ڈیوٹی دینے کا طریقہ اور انکے ایگزام کا سسٹم۔مجھے نہیں لگتا کہ ہماری کمیونٹی اسکے 1٪ بھی ہو۔
اور جو لوگ یہاں نرسوں کو ڈاکٹر کا درجہ دینے کے نعرے لگا رہے ہیں،اصل میں احساس کمتری کا شکار ہیں،اور وہ اصل میں نرسوں کی آڑ میں اپنے دکان چلانے کے منتظر ہیں ۔چاہے وہ ڈسپنسر ہو ،یو وارڈ بوائے ۔
کل کوئی وارڈ بوائے یا وارڈ کا سیکیورٹی گارڈ یا سویپر کہ میں نے بھی وارڈ میں کام کیا ہے اسلیے اب ہمیں نرسس کا درجہ دیا جائے تو یہ ممکن نہیں،ہر شعبی اپنی جگہ اچھا ہوتا ہے جب تک ایمانداری سے کام کیا جائے ۔چاہے وہ سویپر ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۔۔۔
نرسس کا نالج اور ایک کنسلٹنٹ کے نالج میں ،مریض کی تشخیص کرنے میں اور مخصوص علاج کرنے میں زمین اسمان کا فرق ہوتا ہے۔
کل ڈاکٹر کہے گا مجھے سیکرٹری بناؤ ۔ کوئی کہے گا جج بناؤ یہ تو ممکن نہیں،حالانکہ انصاف اور فیصلہ تو ہر ایک کر سکتا ہے۔اگر انصاف کرنے کی ہمت ہو تو۔۔۔
اور یہاں ایک بندہ ویڈیو بنا کر سب کو بہکا رہا ہے،مثالیں دے رہا ہے، سستی شہرت حاصل کرنے کے لیے ،اسکی اصلیت جہاں وہ کام کرتا ہے وہاں کے سٹاف سے پوچھ لیں۔۔
وہ بندہ ویڈیو میں کہہ رہا ہے کہ نرسس بہت بہادر ہیں ،ہر جگہ موجود ہوتی ہیں ۔بہادری سے ہر کام نہیں چلتا ورنہ پاکستان کے سارے سپاہی چاہیے وہ ایف سی،ارمی،پولیس وہ بھی بہادر ہوتے ہیں،ایدھی والے۔وہ سب کہیں گے کہ ہم بہادر ہیں ہمیں نرس یا ڈاکٹر بناو،۔۔۔
پلیز اپنے شعبے کو عزت دو ۔اگر صحیح سے کام کرو گے تو فلورنس نائٹ انگل جیسا نام بنا لو گے ورنہ ساری عمر احساس کم تری کو لیکر الزام تراشیوں میں لگاو گے۔

BSC Nursing Degree Programme in Pakistan undoubtedly opened new avenues for higher education and the field of nursing is becoming more pres­tigious and graceful with each passing day. Nursing also coming at par with developed countries, like other medi­cal sectors. In addition, highly qualified nurses are now better performing their duties along with doctors in the treat­ment and care of patients. These views were expressed by the Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute Prof. Dr. Mu­hammad Al-freed Zafar while address­ing first professional results ceremony of Nursing College, AMC/Lahore Gen­eral Hospital, according to which, the result of the institute was 96 percent

Meanwhile due to the hard work and dedication of the Subject Teacher Asma Abid the students of this Nursing Col­lege obtained 55 distinguished posi­tions in microbiology out of 98. Princi­pal PGMI highlighted that the nursing students have made the name of their college more brighter by getting excel­lent results, for which all their teachers and faculty deserve congratulations. Principal PGMI felicitated the efforts and performance of Ramzan Bibi, Sabra Saad, Samar Naz Kanwal, Shehnaz Dar, Azra Parveen, Asma Abid, Subia Latif, Nasreen Kausar, Azra Yaqoob, Ramzana in the field of nursing education. Prin­cipal PGMI said that nursing teachers play a key role in improving the skills of their students, education, awareness and discipline about seasonal as well as infectious diseases, so there is a need for everyone related to the medical profession to keep acquainted with the latest research and development in the medical sector.
