It was a deeply meaningful moment for me, not only professionally, but also personally. I am the daughter of Syed Iftikhar Ahmed, one of the most respected figures in Pakistan’s Deaf community. Being deaf himself, he never allowed it to become a barrier in his life. Instead, he turned it into a mission: empowering Deaf individuals and reminding the world that Deaf people are intelligent, capable, and full of potential.

The real barrier is not deafness. The real barrier is society’s unwillingness to communicate in their language.

For far too long, the Deaf community has been deprived, not because of a lack of ability, but because we rarely make the effort to learn Pakistan Sign Language and include them in our conversations, workplaces, and communities.

It’s time to change that.

Let’s take a small step: learn sign language, create inclusive spaces, and open doors for this talented community to thrive socially, professionally, and personally.

Inclusion begins with communication.

The vision:

✨ Creating real inclusivity where creativity drives growth.
