Movember Man reminds us that men’s health matters. And so do the conversations around it.

Our students participated by writing pledges and learning about the movement’s purpose through a science and experience based talk. A small activity with a big message. 💙

Strength isn’t just about how many reps you can do. It’s about speaking up, checking in, and looking after yourself.

Our students took on the Movember Man Challenge to raise awareness for men’s health, reminding us all that every step, rep, and jump counts.

From lifelong learning to real-world wisdom — Noor shared how BOS shaped not just her academic journey, but her mindset.
