​With temperatures soaring today, it’s incredibly important to take care of ourselves and look out for one another. High temperatures mean our bodies lose moisture fast, so waiting until you're thirsty is already a step too late!

​Here are a few quick tips to stay safe and cool:
💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day (keep a water bottle handy!).

🍉 Eat hydrating snacks like watermelon, cucumbers, and oranges.

🧢 Wear light, breathable clothing and a hat if you need to step outside.

🕒 Avoid direct sun during peak afternoon hours.

🎬 ​Movie day was a total hit! 🍿
We introduced the kids to Helen Keller’s story, and they were absolutely captivated. There was nothing quite like watching the students connect so deeply with a story of true resilience. It was such a rewarding afternoon of learning and big inspiration!
