I spoke with two people today:

- Both learned the same skill around the same time
- A started selling the skill as a service (freelance)
- B started using the skill practically himself to build a business
- A started making money more or less straight away
- B struggled for a while before he started to get some profits

Fast forward a couple of years:

- A is still selling his services and struggling to grow a services agency
- B has withdrawn 40 million in profits and has a business with an exit value in the 10s of millions and a potential value of 100s of millions.

What is the moral of the story?
