نماز کی شرائط: پہلی شرط بدن کا پاک ہونا
نماز کی سات شرائط ہیں:
۱. بدن کا پاک ہونا، ظاہری وحکمی نجاست سے:

ظاہری نجاست : یعنی بدن اور کپڑوں پر کسی قسم کی نجاست پیشاب، پاخانہ، خون پیپ یا کسی جانور کی لید و غیرہ نہ لگی ہو، ہر قسم کی نجاست سے بدن کا پاک ہونا ضروری ہے.

حکمی نجاست : یعنی جو نجاست ظاہر میں نظر نہ آرہی ہو جیسے جنبی اور بے وضو ہونا، اس سے بھی بدن کا پاک ہونا ضروری ہے، یعنی باوضو ہو.

The Seven Conditions of Salah

1. Purity of the Body from Physical and Ritual Impurity

Physical Impurity:
The body and clothes must be free from all types of physical impurity, such as urine, stool, blood, pus, or the droppings of animals. It is necessary for the body to be clean from every type of impurity.

Ritual Impurity:
This refers to a state of impurity that cannot be seen outwardly, such as being in a state of Janabah (major ritual impurity) or not having Wudu (minor ritual impurity). Therefore, a person must be in a state of ritual purity, meaning he or she must have Wudu and, when required, must perform Ghusl before offering Salah.

۲. کپڑوں کا پاک ہونا
نماز کے لیے بدن کے کپڑوں کا خواہ پہنے ہوئے، اوڑھے ہوئے یا بچھے ہوئے ہوں نجاست سے پاک ہونا ضروری ہے۔
ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے (المدثر:۴)
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ ۞
اپنے لباس اور کپڑوں کو پاک کرو ۔
کپڑوں پر خون، پیشاب، لید، گوبر وغیرہ نجاست لگی ہو تو دھولینا ضروری ہے، جس قسم کا بھی لباس یا چادر، رومال، موزہ، دستانہ، ٹوپی، عمامہ وغیرہ بدن پر نماز کے دوران پہنا ہو یا بدن پر رکھا ہو سب کا پاک ہونا ضروری ہے۔

Purity of Clothes

For Salah, all clothes that are worn, covered with, or placed on the body must be free from impurity (Najasah).

Allah Almighty says:

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ
“Keep your clothes pure.” (Al-Muddaththir: 4)

If clothes have impurities such as blood, urine, or animal waste, they must be washed before offering Salah. This includes clothing and anything worn or placed on the body, such as a shawl, scarf, socks, gloves, cap, or turban.

اذان وقت سے پہلے اور دوبارہ دینے کا حکم
اگر اذان نماز کا وقت داخل ہونے سے پہلے دے دی گئی اور نماز وقت داخل ہونے کے بعد ادا کی گئی تو نماز درست ہو جائے گی، کیونکہ نماز اپنے مقررہ وقت میں ادا کی گئی ہے.
البتہ وقت داخل ہونے سے پہلے اذان دینا درست نہیں۔ لہٰذا جب نماز کا وقت داخل ہوجائے تو جماعت سے پہلے اذان کا اعادہ کرنا ضروری ہے۔
وقتِ نماز داخل ہونے کے بعد مسجد کے مؤذن نے ایک مرتبہ اذان دے دی تو اذان کی سنت ادا ہو جاتی ہے۔ اس کے بعد اگر کسی سے سہواً یا لاعلمی کی وجہ سے دوبارہ اذان دے دی جائے تو کوئی حرج نہیں.
البتہ اگر پہلی اذان بغیر مائیک کے دی گئی ہو اور اس کی آواز مسجد کی قریبی آبادی تک نہ پہنچی ہو، تو لوگوں کو نماز کے وقت سے آگاہ کرنے اور اذان کی آواز پہنچانے کے لیے مائیک پر دوبارہ اذان دینا بھی جائز ہے.

Ruling on Giving the Adhan Before Its Time and Repeating It

If the Adhan is given before the prayer time begins and the prayer is performed after its time has entered, the prayer is valid because it was performed within its prescribed time. However, giving the Adhan before the prayer time begins is not valid. Therefore, once the prayer time enters, the Adhan must be repeated before the congregation.

Once the mosque’s Mu’azzin has given the Adhan after the prayer time has entered, the Sunnah of Adhan has been fulfilled. If someone then repeats the Adhan mistakenly or out of ignorance, there is no harm.

However, if the first Adhan was given without a microphone and its voice did not reach the nearby residential area, it is also permissible to repeat the Adhan through a microphone to inform people that the prayer time has entered and to convey the Adhan to them.
