DEO south primary education and co-curricular activities

A meeting of Directors and DEOs of Karachi Division was held under the Chair of Mr. Ghulam Akbar Laghari, Secretary School Education and Literacy Department @ PITHM. Mr.Ghulam Akbar Laghari has briefed the forum regarding new amended recruitment policy and ambiguities of the forum. He also discussed updated progress of recruitment so far along with current vacancy position, induction training and the issues related to the recruitment. Mr. Zamir Ahmed Khoso DG HR , Mr. Kishore Kumar Deputy Director HR, Ms. Abida Lodhi DSE Primary , Mr. Shahid Zaman DSE ES&HS and DEOs of whole division have attended the meeting. Mr. Ghulam Akbar Laghari has directed to all the DEOs to submit the details of the candidates who have issued the PRC /form D after cut off date within two days and the schedule of these candidates to appear before committee, will be commenced from Monday 30-5-2022 insha'Allah.
He has also directed them to fix responsibility of Taluka Education Officers to guide/ assist the newly teachers regarding further procedure of joining, norms & SOP's with friendly and mentoring approach. He also emphasized to reconcile the vacancy position of JEST and submit in HR office. The meeting ended with vote of Thanks from the chair.

On 21st February 2022, District Education Primary South organized a mega event of athletics championship 2022 in the district under the leadership of its District Education Officer Madam Saba Mahmood.
The schools of the district had prepared their students for the competition very well. The students participated in all the competitions with enthusiasm and especially the girls students performed very well. The Respected DEOs canceled all her expenses and stayed on the ground all the time to encourage the students.
The DEOs presented certificates and trophies to the winning students. Appreciating the hard work of all the organizers on the successful organization of the championship, especially the performance of DSE Sports Coordinator Farah Riaz, District Organizing Secretary Nasir Imran, IBA HMs Fatima, District coordinator HMs Rubina Taj، HMs Tayyab Mughal, HMs Faraht Gazdar, HMs Sajida, HMs Qasim Mateen, HMs Uzma Naheed, HMs Shahana, HMs Ghaffar, HMs Hina, sport facilitator Shahzad.
Pay Tay Aleif District President Amin Baloch was also present at the event along with students of his school.
He commended the Chairperson of the Athletics Championships, DEOs South, for organizing excellent sports activities for children and assured her full support in this regard.
At the end, Organizing Secretary Nasir Imran thanked the esteemed DEOs for his support and guidance of the event and all the organizers of the event for their excellent work.
