About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational, visionary, and highly motivated Head of Early Years to lead our Early Years Campus .The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, drive
curriculum innovation, mentor a dedicated team of educators, and foster a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and management.
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, creative, and play-based EYE curriculum.
• Mentor, support, and evaluate Early Years teachers and support staff.
• Maintain excellent communication and partnerships with parents and families.
• Oversee student developmental tracking, assessments, and progress reporting.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment compliant with all r
regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as an Early Years Lead, Coordinator, or Senior Teacher.
• Deep understanding of child development and modern EYE frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
