Mai ne tuo tea cake khud banaya tha lakin chahen tuo Bazar se bana hua lekar us ke slice karleen amm ka goda nikal.kar us Mai cheeni aur cream aur Thora sa dhoodh Mila kar peese leen .ab ik bowl Mai cake ki teh lagayeen opar amm aur cream ka mixture pheeladeen phir cake slice phir amm ka mixture dalte huye amm aur cream se saja kar do ghante thanda Karke use karee .
Ye sab se zeada asaan aur mazedar recipe hai ju ban bhi buhat jaldi jati hai Soo must try.

Method......
Sab se pahle kache Papeete ko ik.tarf Rakh Deen phir qeema ko ache se dhoo kar channi mai rakh kar opar Kuch bhari cheez Rakh kar Sara Pani nikal leen . Piyas , hara dhania, podeena hari mircheen bareek kaat kar dhoo kar usko bhi channi mai rakh kar Pani nikal leen..ab qeeme ke Sath piyas , haradhania, podeena hari Mircheen chopper Mai daal kar baqi saree masale ande , makhan ,.sameet sab Kuch chopper Mai daal kar aur bareek pees leen bas kacha papeeta nh dalna ...jab sab ache tarha mix hujaye tuo Kam se kam 30 min aur agar time hu tuo 2 ghante marinade karee.jab kabab fry karna chaheen usse 15 min pahle kacha papeeta mix Karke rakhdeen...beef ka ghosht hu tuo 15 se 20 min aur chicken ka ghosht hu tuo bas 10 min kacha papeeta Laga kar rest Deen aur foran kabab fry karleen

Meeda ...........1 cup is mai se 2 tbs hata Deen
Coco powder..3 tbs
Andee ............4 adad
Cheeni ............1/4 cup
Baking soda....1 chutki
Baking powder half tsp
Oil ....................1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Nareel powder 1 cup
Everyday powder adha cup
Dhoodh half cup
Method.....
Sab se pahle Ando Mai cheeni daal kar electric batter SE itna pheentern ke khoob jhaag ban jayeen phir vanilla essence daleen batter chalate oil dalte mix karte jayeen .jab ache se mix karleen tuo meeda , baking soda, baking powder aur coco powder channi se chan kar is ande ke ameeze Mai mix karleen phir oil Laga kar cake pan Mai butter papper Laga kar usko bhi oil brush Karke adha ameeza cake pan Mai daleen phir ju dhoodh , everyday powder aur nareeal powder hai inko mix Karke cake ke batter ke opar pheelate huye dal deen phir baqi bacha hua ameeza opar se daal.kar nareeal ko cover kardeen
Aur ya tuo oven Mai banana hu tuo 180° par 10 min pahle pre heat Karke cake ka mould andar rakhden 20 min bad check karleen khushbodar ane se andaza hujayeega cake tayeear hai toothpick dal kar check kareen khushak Nikal.ayee tuo cake tayeear hai opar color bhi agaya huga aur agar colour Halka hu tuo 2/4 min aur backe karleen .
Agar cholhe par banana huta bhi buhat asaan hai koi bekar karhai ya degchi itni hu ke mould uske andar ajayee tuo us ke andar degchi ka stand Rakh kar usko cover Karke medium heat par garam kareen phir cake ka mould stand par Rakh kar cover Karke 20 min halki anch Karke chor Deen t**z anch par jal.jayeega aur andar se kacha bhi rah jayeega islye halki anch par chordee 20 min bad check karleen kacha hu tuo Kuch deer aur rakha chor Deen colour bhi ajyeega aur Khushboo bhi andaza hujayeega cake tayeear hai.
