Proud Moment for Village Pabuhar
Our students from Village Pabuhar have shown brilliant performance. This proves that talent has no address – it exists in every village of Tharparkar.
I thank Empower Youth Testing Service for trusting me with this responsibility and I congratulate all successful candidates. Those who couldn’t make it this time – don’t lose heart. This is just the beginning.
Special thanks to the parents of Pabuhar for sending their children. Education is the only way forward.

Subject: Concerns about Copy Culture and Education Policies
Respected Minister of Education & Literacy Department,
I am writing to bring to your attention a big problem in our education system. Pakistan has a lot of young people, which is a good thing. But the Copy Culture is hurting our education system and our country's future.
The Reality of Copy Culture
Copy Culture is a big problem in our schools. Students are cheating and it's getting worse. WhatsApp groups are sharing answers to questions, and students are using them to cheat. When teams visit schools to check, teachers are often told in advance, so they can cheat too.
Flawed Policies and Lack of Teacher Support
The policies are often copied from other boards, without thinking about our region's problems. Teachers are not paid enough, and it's hard for them to live a good life. We need to value our teachers and give them what they need. The government is trying to use technology, but it's not working because of poor internet and infrastructure.
The State of Education in Tharparkar
In Tharparkar, especially in villages, education is very bad. Students aren't learning, and question papers are too hard for them. There are very few classes conducted in a year. Students don't come to school before exams, and there are long summer and winter vacations. Teachers also don't come to school regularly, often taking 4-5 days off in a month. With Sundays and student holidays, students only have 15 or fewer classes in a month.
The Consequences of Inaction
If this situation persists, we'll have a generation of uneducated and unemployable youth, posing a significant threat to our country's future.
Solution
To address these issues, I suggest the following:
1. Implement teacher-centered policies that prioritize their welfare and provide them with the necessary resources.
2. Develop policies tailored to the specific needs of our region, taking into account the local infrastructure and challenges.
3. Increase teacher salaries to a decent standard, ensuring they can focus on teaching without financial stress.
4. Introduce measures to curb the Copy Culture, such as stricter invigilation and penalties for offenders.
5. Invest in improving the infrastructure, including network connectivity, to support digital education.
6. Ensure regular classes are conducted, and teachers are held accountable for their attendance.
7. Reduce unnecessary holidays and make the most of the academic year.
I hope you will take these suggestions seriously and take concrete actions to address the issues plaguing our education system.
Sincerely,
Bhanwar Aakash from Mithi, Tharparkar.

"I want every girl to know that her voice can change the world." - Malala Yousafzai
Inspired by Malala's powerful words, we successfully hosted our 2nd Educational Fair on Women Empowerment at Ramani Raising Academy today. The event saw enthusiastic participation from girls and female teachers, including Shakeela, wife of Noshad Shad, and Durpati, wife of Bharat Kumar.
To recognize their achievements, we awarded the participating girls and teachers with certificates and shields. This momentous occasion celebrated the collective efforts of our community in promoting women's empowerment and education.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported me in making this event a success. Your contributions have been invaluable, and I hope I can count on your continued assistance in the future. Together, we can create a brighter, more equitable world where every girl's voice is heard.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support!

I've made a promise to myself: until I'm alive, I'll work tirelessly to make my dream a reality. My children will receive the education they deserve, and they will bring about positive change in our community!
No matter the obstacles, no matter the challenges, I'll keep pushing forward. Because I believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future.
