Learning Hands Rehabilitation Welfare Association proudly welcomes Major General Dr. Najm Us Saqib Khan as its Chief Patron he has extensive experience and expertise in Health and Education sector.

He has been awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz (M) and Tamgha-e-Basalat for his remarkable performance throughout his vast career.

He is presently working as Pro-Vice-Chancellor & Director General Health Services, Bahria University, Pakistan Navy.

He is also Advisor to Chief of Naval Staff, Pakistan, and the superpositions of the Board of Governors of Bahria University, COMSAT University, Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute, Swabi Women University, among others.
Learning Hands is now ready to lead its projects under his Advisory.
