The Research & Development Foundation (RDF), in collaboration with BBSHRRDB, organized a one day capacity building workshop for 42 Civil
Society Organizations (CSOs) at Dr. Nabi Bux Hall, Sindh Language Authority, Hyderabad. The workshop focused on strengthening CSOs’ capacity in the preparation and submission of Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with RFP requirements.
Mr. Adeel Siddiqui, Deputy Director (Procurement), briefed participants on procurement procedures and proposal preparation, while Mr. Qurban Ali, Assistant Director, DMU Hyderabad, provided guidance on the evaluation process and criteria for Technical Proposals. Mr. Shamsuddin Ujjan, Assistant Director, Matiari, and Ms. Yasmeen Solangi, Assistant Director, Jamshoro, also facilitated the workshop and supported the training sessions.
Distinguished DCC Hyderabad members, including Mr. Javed Iqbal and Mr. Adnan Pirzada, also participated and shared valuable professional insights. Interactive activities, including group work, presentations, quizzes, and Q&A sessions, ensured active participation and practical learning.

The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB) proudly participated in the celebrations commemorating Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day on August 14, 2026.
On this auspicious occasion, Chairman Board Mr. Tameezuddin Khero, Secretary Eng. Munawar Ali Mithani, Regional Consultants Mr. Muhammad Suleman Dashti and Eng. Taimur Ali delivered heartfelt messages highlighting the historic significance of Pakistan’s independence. They paid tribute to the visionary leadership of the nation’s founding fathers and acknowledged the immense sacrifices made by our forefathers in the struggle for a free and sovereign homeland.
The Independence Day celebrations were attended by the staff members of the BBSHRRDB Head Office, whose enthusiastic participation reflected a strong spirit of patriotism, national unity, and devotion to the country. Their active involvement demonstrated the Board’s commitment to contributing to Pakistan’s socio economic development through human resource development, skills enhancement, and meaningful public service.

M/s. Amazing Grace Institute of Nursing organized a commemorative program on 14th August 2026 to celebrate the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and national spirit.
The program was graced by the Worthy Secretary of the Board as the Chief Guest, while Eng. Taimur Ali, Regional Consultant, attended as the Guest of Honour. Faculty members, trainees, and staff participated in the ceremony with great zeal and devotion.
Speaking on the occasion, the distinguished guests highlighted the significance of 14th August, emphasizing that Pakistan was achieved after immense sacrifices, struggles, and the determination of the nation’s forefathers. They urged the younger generation to uphold the values of unity, faith, discipline, patriotism, and national service, and to contribute positively to the progress and development of Pakistan.
The ceremony concluded with the cutting of a cake to mark the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan, followed by expressions of national pride and prayers for the continued peace, prosperity, and progress of the country.

Detailed discussions were held to promote good governance, enhance institutional efficiency, and ensure the effective implementation of the Board's strategic objectives and development initiatives.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Mr. Tameez Uddin Khero appreciated the valuable contributions of all participants and reiterated the Board's steadfast commitment to strengthening human resource development, promoting economic self reliance, and advancing the Government of Sindh's vision of inclusive, sustainable, and equitable development. He emphasized that the Board would continue to work proactively to create greater opportunities for youth through quality skills development and effective training programs aligned with the evolving needs of the labour market.
