اسان جي اداري ۾ هميشه هڪ اهڙي شخصيت موجود رهي آهي، جيڪا پنهنجي عهدي سبب نه، پر پنهنجي مهرباني، سادگي ۽ علم دوستي سبب نمايان رهي .حبيب الله صاحب. پهرين ڏينهن کان وٺي هن هر عملي ميمبر سان گڏوگڏ شاگردن سان به عزت ۽ برابريءَ وارو سلوڪ ڪيو. وڏو هجي يا ننڍو، استاد هجي يا شاگرد، هو هر ڪنهن کي مرڪ ۽ نرم لفظن سان ڀليڪار ڪندو هو.

اسڪول جي ماحول کي بهتر بڻائڻ ۾ حبيب الله صاحب جو ڪردار انتهائي اهم رهيو. هن هميشه تعليم کي ترجيح ڏني ۽ شاگردن جي علمي، اخلاقي ۽ ذهني واڌاري لاءِ پاڻ کي وقف ڪري ڇڏيو. هو نه رڳو انتظامي معاملن ۾ اڳڀرو رهيا، پر ڪلاس روم جي بهتري، نصاب جي واڌاري ۽ تدريسي طريقن کي جديد بڻائڻ لاءِ به ڪوششون ڪندا رهيا.

حبيب الله صاحب استادن لاءِ به هڪ بهترين رهنما ثابت ٿيا. هو هميشه استادن کي همٿائيندا هئا ته هو شاگردن کي صرف ڪتابي علم نه، پر سٺيون عادتون، اخلاقي قدر ۽ زندگيءَ جا اصول به سيکارين. سندن چوڻ هوندو هو ته “هڪ سٺو استاد قوم جو معمار هوندو آهي.” هن سوچ تحت هن اسڪول ۾ اهڙو ماحول پيدا ڪيو، جتي سکيا سان گڏ تربيت تي به خاص ڌيان ڏنو ويندو هو.

جڏهن به ڪنهن شاگرد کي مسئلو پيش ايندو هو . چاهي اهو پڙهائيءَ ۾ هجي يا ذاتي زندگيءَ ۾ . حبيب الله صاحب هميشه سندس همدردي سان رهنمائي ڪندا هئا. ڪيترائي شاگرد اڄ به سندن نصيحتن ۽ مهربانيءَ کي ياد ڪن ٿا، جيڪي سندن زندگيءَ ۾ روشني بڻجي ويون.

سالن تائين سندن محنت، ايمانداري ۽ تعليمي خدمتن اسان جي اسڪول کي هڪ مثالي اداري بڻايو. هن پنهنجي عمل سان اهو سيکاريو ته حقيقي اڳواڻي صرف حڪم ڏيڻ ۾ نه، پر خدمت، عاجزي ۽ اخلاص ۾ هوندي آهي. سندن نرم رويو، علم سان محبت ۽ تعليم لاءِ جذبو هر ڪنهن کي متاثر ڪيو.

هاڻي جڏهن هو پنهنجي نوڪريءَ مان رٽائر ٿي رهيا آهن، اسان کي خوشي به آهي ۽ اداسي به. خوشي ان ڳالهه جي ته هن پنهنجي خدمت جو سفر عزت ۽ وقار سان مڪمل ڪيو، ۽ اداسي ان ڳالهه جي ته اسڪول جي صحن ۾ سندن روزانو موجودگي، سندن آواز ۽ سندن رهنمائي اسان کي گهڻو ياد ايندي. پر اسان يقين رکون ٿا ته رٽائرمينٽ صرف ذميوارين کان الڳ ٿيڻ آهي، محبت، علم ۽ خدمت کان نه.

حبيب الله صاحب هميشه اسان جي دلين ۾ هڪ عظيم استاد، بهترين منتظم ۽ هڪ سچي انسان طور زنده رهندا. سندن علمي خدمتون ۽ شاگردن لاءِ ڪيل محنت هميشه ياد رهندي.

اسان دعا ٿا ڪريون ته الله تعاليٰ کين صحتمند، خوشحال ۽ پُرسڪون زندگي عطا فرمائي، ۽ سندن نئون سفر به ڪاميابين سان ڀرپور هجي.

Pakistan Day at kacha area GBLSS Din Muhammad Kosh 🇵🇰
A few months ago, the kacha areas of Kashmore were known for fear, uncertainty, and isolation.
But today, the same land is echoing with unity, peace, and the voices of children celebrating Pakistan.
A vibrant and deeply emotional Pakistan Day program was held at GBLSS Din Muhammad Kosh, where students, teachers, parents, community members, and media personalities came together as one family, sending a powerful message of change.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr Shahrukh Manganhar AC Kashmore, Mr. Abdul Sami Channa (DDEO), Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Khoso (TEO ES&HS), Mr. Nabi Dost Mazari (TEO Primary), along with our proud Pakistan Army, Rangers, and Police, whose sacrifices turned fear into peace and made this day possible.
Children presented heart-touching speeches and passionate milli naghmas, and the atmosphere became electric with patriotism. But beyond the performances, this program carried a deeper message:
The kacha is no longer ogreisolated
The kacha is now connected.
The kacha is now part of the national mainstream.
Today, books are replacing fear, classrooms are replacing silence, and hope is replacing uncertainty.
This celebration is not just about Pakistan Day, it is a declaration that peace has returned, and with it, the journey of education, development, and dignity has begun.
Kashmore stands proud. Pakistan stands united.
Pakistan Zindabad!
