Association of Management Development Institutions in Pakistan (AMDIP) and the University of Management and Technology (UMT) are organizing the 8th International Conference on Business Management (ICoBM) on May 25-27, 2022 at the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. Our Hosting Partners are the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) Karachi, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), IMSciences Peshawar and Karakoram International University (KIU), Gilgit. Other partners are Sukkur IBA University, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, Villa College, Maldives, the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) and Sapphire .

The philosophy of ICoBM is to provide a platform to disseminate knowledge, interact with business tycoons, and collaborate with researchers and practitioners for the cross-pollination of ideas. Our primary focus is to promote research culture in the region and to support budding researchers. ICOBM invites professionals from all walks of life to share views on contemporary themes and topics.

The 8th ICoBM is a hybrid conference with parallel research and industry-focused tracks on the theme of "Emerging New Normal for Resilient Organizations".
