Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the assigned section.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers to enhance instructional quality and professional growth.
Ensure the effective implementation of curriculum, assessments, and academic policies.
Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
Oversee lesson planning, classroom observations, and quality assurance processes.
Build positive relationships with parents and effectively address academic concerns.
Coordinate school events, examinations, teacher training, and academic planning.
Promote innovation, digital learning, and modern teaching methodologies.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational standards.
Work closely with senior management to achieve the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Eligibility & Experience
We are looking for candidates who possess:
A Master's degree in Education or a relevant discipline (M.Ed. preferred).
5–10 years of progressive experience in reputed schools.
Proven leadership experience as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Section Head, Vice Principal, Principal, or a similar academic leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive academic excellence.
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in educational technology, Microsoft Office, and school management systems.
A student-centered mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
What We Offer
