A seminar on Mental Health and Academic Stress was organized by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) - MUET Chapter, featuring Dr. Aatir Hanif Rajput as the keynote speaker. With a vast array of qualifications, including MBBS, CDE, Dip. Psych, CRCP, MSc. Applied Psych, CHPE, Dip GCP, Dip CBT, CME, and MD-Psychiatry, Dr. Rajput shared valuable insights on managing academic stress, building resilience, and maintaining mental well-being.
The seminar addressed key topics such as:
Understanding academic stress and its impact on mental health
Coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and burnout
Building resilience and emotional intelligence
Navigating university resources and support networks
Practical tips for maintaining a healthy work-life balance
At the conclusion of the event, an honorary shield and cultural gifts were presented to Dr. Rajput.
