Today, at GHS Ali Sher Jakhrani hosted the Annual Examination Results Announcement Ceremony in conjunction with the Parent-Teacher Meeting.
The event fostered meaningful engagement between the school and parents, strengthening mutual trust and collaboration. Students were honored by receiving their position trophies from their parents, creating a moment of pride and encouragement for all. The parents unanimously expressed their appreciation for the school’s disciplined environment and the dedication of the entire teaching staff.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to the Research Development Foundation (RDF) for providing extensive facilities and continuous support to the school. Their commitment has significantly enhanced the learning environment, and we are confident that the school will maintain its upward trajectory of academic excellence.
The program concluded with inspiring addresses from the RDF management team. Ms. Marvi, Education Expert: Mr. Syed Mohsin Ali, Compliance Manager and Mr. Junaid Bhutto, District Executive Coordinator, briefed the parents and students on RDF’s vision, initiatives, and the range of facilities available at the school.

A monitoring and support visit was carried out at GHS Ali Sher Jakhrani by Respected Masood Ahmed Mahessar Sb (Executive Director RDF), Mr. Mohammad Ismail Buriro (DEO (ES&HS) Jacobabad), Dr. Mohsin Raza (Independent Expert, Oak Consultancies), Mr. Ihsanullah Memon (Regional Program Manager-RDF), Sayed Mohsin Ali (Compliance Manager-RDF), Ms. Noorulain (Education Exert-RDF). and Ms. Marvi Aslam (Education Exert-RDF). During the visit, the team observed classroom teaching and learning activities, interacted warmly with students and teachers, and reviewed the overall school environment along with the available educational facilities. The visiting team highly appreciated the confidence, discipline, and active participation of students, as well as the dedication and professional commitment demonstrated by the teaching staff and school administration. The team acknowledged the school’s continuous efforts in maintaining a positive, organized, and student-friendly learning atmosphere, while encouraging further focus on quality education, effective classroom engagement, and sustainable institutional improvement to ensure better educational outcomes for students.

Today, World Arts Day was celebrated at GHS Ali Sher Jakhrani, in which the school coordinator and students from different classes of the school participated. In this, unique sketches/artworks were created. Through such activities, the hidden talents of children will be enhanced and new creativity about arts will develop. Such activities will give children the opportunity to create art.

Key Areas Observed:
1. Academic KPIs: Review of lesson plans, teaching practices, and student learning outcomes.
2. Non-Curricular Activities: Assessment of co-curricular programs and student participation.
3. Classroom & Campus Cleanliness: Detailed observation of classroom hygiene and overall school environment.
4. Record Keeping & Maintenance: Verification of official school records, repair & maintenance status, and facility management.
5. Staff Interaction: Meeting held with teaching and non-teaching staff to discuss challenges and improvements.
The visiting team provided constructive feedback on the school’s overall performance. They appreciated areas of compliance and identified key areas for improvement. Specific guidance was shared for enhancing academic quality, strengthening record maintenance, and improving student engagement through activity-based learning.
The visit was productive and provided valuable insights for further school improvement. The recommendations shared by the Regional Management Team will be implemented to ensure continued progress in academic and administrative standards.

Today, the School Coordinator of GHS Ali Sher Jakhrani, along with the EMO teachers’ team, conducted a community outreach session in Village Lodhan Bhand regarding new enrollments for the new session.
During the session, the School Coordinator briefed community members about the school, its facilities, and academic environment. Parents were encouraged to enroll their children. The entire school team highlighted the benefits of education and its importance for the future of their children.
The session was highly positive and productive. The villagers assured their full cooperation and committed to enrolling all children of the village in the school
This outreach activity will significantly contribute to increasing enrollment and strengthening school-community relations.
