I had the privilege of conducting a Teachers’ Training Session at Faran Public High School, one of the leading schools of Larkana.
It was an enriching experience to engage with dedicated educators, share effective teaching strategies, and reflect on professional growth for quality education.

Successful Training Day!
Yesterday, as a facilitator for the Induction Training of Junior Elementary School Teachers, we had an incredible session focused on enhancing English-speaking skills. The course participants were fully engaged in a range of interactive, ice-breaking activities designed to make Speaking English as a second language enjoyable and accessible.
Through role plays, demonstrations, and other dynamic activities, everyone had the chance to practice and improve their communication skills. It was amazing to see the enthusiasm and commitment of each participant! By the end of the session, we received thoughtful and constructive feedback, which truly reflects their dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
Looking forward to more sessions filled with such energy and engagement!

Learning Made Fun: A Jury Trial on Teaching Approaches!
Today, we turned the classroom into a lively courtroom! As part of our activity, "Jury Trial in Education," we had an engaging discussion on two different teaching approaches: Teacher-Centered vs. Student-Centered.
Our mission? To decide which approach better suits the needs of the 21st century, as we aim to transform how knowledge is shared with our future generations.
Teachers passionately presented their cases for a traditional Teacher-Centered approach, emphasizing the importance of structured guidance and expertise. On the other hand, the arguments for a modern Student-Centered approach highlighted creativity, critical thinking, and empowering students to take charge of their own learning.
In the end, the jury, composed of both educators and students, weighed the pros and cons. The lively debate brought out key points about fostering engagement, adapting to new challenges, and preparing students for a rapidly changing world.
