A very happy birthday to our Principal, Professor Ali Akbar Kunbhar! It was a joy celebrating with him at college today. Wishing him a long, healthy, and prosperous life.

Faculty members and students of Government Degree College Islamkot observed a one-minute silence to honor the innocent students and teachers of Army Public School Peshawar who lost their lives in a terrorist attack. The college expressed that all Pakistanis stand with the nation and strongly condemn all terrorist activities. The ceremony concluded with a final prayer.

The faculty members of Government Degree College Islamkot hosted a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate the birthday of Professor Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Bajeer. The event was graciously attended by the worthy Principal and Professors. We extend our best wishes to Dr. Muhammad Ashraf for a healthy and joyous birthday.

A demonstration of the Paper Chromatography experiment was conducted for Class XI students in the Chemistry Lab at Government Degree College Islamkot, supervised by Professor Dr. Muhammad Ashraf.

Under the guidance of Lecturer Madan Lal of Government Degree College Islamkot, Class XII students conducted a practical activity, examining the egg's hard shell to discover the natural structures concealed inside.

Today, Professor Noor Ahmed Janjhi, Additional Director Colleges (Inspection), visited Government Degree College Islamkot. During the visit, Professor Noor Ahmed Janjhi Sb interacted with first-year and intermediate students in their classrooms, offering valuable guidance and words of encouragement while inspecting their academic progress and discipline. He expressed appreciation for the progress made on the college library and other key initiatives. The visit concluded with a comprehensive meeting involving the Principal and college professors.

Students of Class XI delivered presentations on diverse topics i.e Vectors and Scalars. The specific topics covered included Vectors and their types with examples, the Head-To-Tail Rule for vector addition, the Representation of a vector in a plane and space, and Multiplication of a vector by a scalar. These sessions were designed to encourage students to articulate and deliver what they have learned, thereby improving their essential presentation skills. The presentations were facilitated by Amrat Lal, Physics Lecturer.

The Class XII English test was successfully administered today under the supervision of Professor Mir Muhammad Janjhi. Students exhibited strong preparation and focus, contributing to a highly productive academic session.

The Class XI Zoology test on the chapter Diversity among Animals was successfully administered today. Students demonstrated strong preparation and focus, yielding a productive academic session. The test was conducted by Lecturer Madan Lal.
