“Astore“ Astore Valley in pakistan is found in Astore District inside the Northern Regions of Pakistan. The valley, abutting the Asian side related with mountain Nanga Parbat, is about 120 kilometres (75 mi) expanded, having the area of 5, 092 km2 (1, 966 sq mi).

The way of entering the valley is to be found around 60 km southeast connected with Gilgit alongside four side-valleys. The valley has more than 100 towns with an aggregate occupant of 71, 666 (Census 1998), which incorporate Tari Shing, Eid Ghah, Chilm, Bubin, Gorikot, Bulen, Fina, and Chongra.
