رسول کریم ﷺ عیدالفطر کے دن نہ نکلتے جب تک کہ آپ ﷺ چند کھجوریں نہ کھا لیتے اور انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ طاق عدد کھجوریں کھاتے تھے ۔

"اور وہ (اللہ کی) محبت میں کھانا کھلاتے ہیں مسکین، یتیم اور قیدی کو۔"
(Quran 76:8)

Follow Sunnah

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا روایت کرتی ہیں کہ ( آنحضرت ﷺ کے زمانہ میں) ہمیں عید کے دن عیدگاہ میں جانے کا حکم تھا ۔ کنواری لڑکیاں اور حائضہ عورتیں بھی پردہ میں باہر آتی تھیں ۔ یہ سب مردوں کے پیچھے پردہ میں رہتیں ۔ جب مرد تکبیر کہتے تو یہ بھی کہتیں اور جب وہ دعا کرتے تو یہ بھی کرتیں ۔ اس دن کی برکت اور پاکیزگی حاصل کرنے کی امید رکھتیں ۔

"And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, justly moderate."
"اور (رحمن کے بندے وہ ہیں) کہ جب خرچ کرتے ہیں تو نہ بے جا اڑاتے ہیں اور نہ تنگی کرتے ہیں، بلکہ ان کا خرچ ان دونوں انتہاؤں کے درمیان اعتدال پر ہوتا ہے۔"
(Quran 25:67)

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فطر کی زکوٰۃ ( صدقہ فطر ) ایک صاع کھجور یا ایک صاع جَو غلام ‘ آزاد ‘ مرد ‘ عورت ‘ چھوٹے اور بڑے تمام مسلمانوں پرفرض قرار دی تھی ۔ آپ کا حکم یہ تھا کہ نماز ( عید ) کے لیے جانے سے پہلے یہ صدقہ ادا کر دیا جائے ۔

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :"تم اس( یعنی لیلۃ القدر) کو آخری دس راتوں میں تلاش کرو ، اگر تم میں سے کوئی کمزور پڑ جائے یا بے بس ہو جائے تو وہ باقی کی سات راتوں میں ( کسی صورت سستی اور کمزوری سے ) مغلوب نہ ہو ۔"

نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا:"۔۔۔اور جو لیلۃ القدر میں ایمان و احتساب کے ساتھ نماز میں کھڑا رہے ، اس کے بھی اگلے تمام گناہ معاف کر دیئے جاتے ہیں"

(Quran 9:119)
