From 27th to 31st July, IMCG Kirpa conducted a comprehensive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme for its teaching staff, creating an engaging platform for learning, collaboration, and professional growth. 📚✨

The CPD sessions focused on equipping teachers with modern skills and innovative tools to enhance teaching and learning practices. The programme included hands-on exploration and practical activities covering:

Teachers explored the potential of leading AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and learned how these technologies can support lesson planning, content creation, classroom activities, and productivity.

🎨 Hands-on Canva Training
Teachers participated in practical Canva sessions, developing skills to create engaging educational resources, presentations, visuals, and other digital learning materials.

🧠 Media Mind Training
The sessions also introduced teachers to Media Mind, promoting awareness and effective use of digital and media resources in education.

📱 Khudi & Niyat Apps
Teachers explored the Khudi App and Niyat App, along with other useful digital resources designed to support personal development, learning, and professional growth.

The training was facilitated by Ms. Hira Gul, who guided and supported the teaching staff through practical demonstrations, interactive activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
