WHAT BLUE OCEAN DO?
Facilitate the individuals, groups and organizations to establish new Universities and Degree Awarding Institutions.
Develop Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Reports for the institutions of higher learning.
Provide HR services including the recruitment of Faculty and Administrative staff.
Facilitate in acquiring the NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, Provincial HEC, recognition from the Higher Education Department (HED) and approval of the University Act from the relevant provincial assembly or the National Assembly of Pakistan.
Provide assistance in acquiring the Charter for the universities/institutions from the concerned authorities.
Assist in developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and IT resources.
