یکم محرم الحرام وہ دن ہے جب حضرت عمر فاروقؓ، عدل و انصاف کے علمبردار، خلیفہ دوم، شہید ہوئے۔

"وہ جن کے فیصلوں سے حق واضح ہوتا تھا، جن کا خوف شیطان کو راستہ بدلنے پر مجبور کرتا تھا… اُن کی شہادت امتِ مسلمہ کا ایسا نقصان ہے جس کی تلافی ممکن نہیں۔"

🕋 ان کی شہادت ہمیں یاد دلاتی ہے کہ عدل و دیانت ہی خلافتِ راشدہ کی بنیاد تھی۔
