Role Overview:
As an Operator Technician, you will be responsible for operating machinery and fabricating ductwork components according to specifications and blueprints. You will also ensure equipment runs efficiently, follow safety standards, and maintain the highest quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate machinery & equipment for ductwork fabrication.

-Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

-Monitor production processes, report defects/issues, and collaborate with team members.

-Follow strict safety protocols for a secure work environment.

Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (duct fabrication preferred).
✔ Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
✔ Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques & materials.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
