“Insanity” gets a bad reputation… but most breakthroughs look like it in the beginning.
Doing something over and over with no results? That’s not success.
But obsessing over a goal when no one else sees it yet… that’s a different story.
Every person who built something meaningful had a phase where it didn’t make sense to anyone else.
Long hours. Unpopular decisions. Ignoring noise. Repeating what works until it finally clicks.
From the outside, it looks irrational.
From the inside, it’s focus.
The line is simple:
Blind repetition is insanity.
Intentional obsession is strategy.
If you’re willing to go further than what feels “normal,”
you’ll start seeing results most people never reach.
Just make sure you’re not stuck. you’re adapting.
Stay obsessed, not lost.

2024. New city. No network. No shortcuts.
I landed in Jakarta with more questions than answers.
Different market, different culture, different rules… and zero room to move slow.
No perfect plan.
No big team.
Just a decision that I was going to figure it out whatever it takes.
Some days were wins.
Most days were just lessons in disguise.
Cold conversations. Rejections. Small breakthroughs.
Slowly understanding how things actually work on the ground.
Nothing about it was smooth.
But that’s what made it real.
Looking back, it wasn’t about having everything ready…
it was about starting before I felt ready.
2024 wasn’t the year everything worked.
It was the year it started.
“The only true purpose in life is that of servitude” sounds heavy… but there’s truth in it.
Not in a way where you lose yourself
but in a way where you become useful.
At the end of the day, value is created by solving problems for others.
Every business, every brand, every form of success… it all comes down to service.
The more people you help, the more you matter.
The more problems you solve, the more you grow.
But real servitude isn’t blind sacrifice.
It’s intentional.
You choose what you serve.
You choose who you serve.
And you make sure you don’t disappear in the process.
Because the goal isn’t to become a servant…
it’s to become someone so valuable that people rely on you.
Serve with purpose.
That’s where meaning and success start to overlap.
If only I could discipline this fickle heart of mine.
Working all the time sounds productive… until it starts costing you your peace.
You wake up thinking about work.
You go to sleep thinking about work.
Even the “breaks” feel like you should be doing more.
That’s not ambition… that’s pressure slowly building up.
The truth is, if your whole life becomes just work,
you’ll eventually start resenting the very thing you’re trying to build.
You need space.
Space to breathe, to disconnect, to feel like a human — not just a machine chasing goals.
Because a tired mind doesn’t create.
A stressed mind doesn’t think clearly.
And burnout doesn’t build anything long-term.
Step away sometimes.
Not because you’re lazy — but because you want to last.
Work matters.
But so does the life you’re building it for.
If I am being honest, I was traveling all week. Even on weekends. Chasing deals.
A positive mindset isn’t about being delusional… it’s about staying functional.
Things will go wrong. Deals will fall through. Plans will break.
That part is guaranteed.
What’s not guaranteed is how you respond.
If your default is negative, you hesitate, overthink, and stop taking shots.
If your default is positive, you adapt faster, recover quicker, and keep moving when others freeze.
It’s not “think happy thoughts.”
It’s “don’t let one bad outcome control your next move.”
Because in business and in life
the people who win aren’t the ones who never face problems…
they’re the ones who don’t spiral when they do.
Guard your mindset.
It quietly decides everything.
The whole process took more than 2 months. Even with all the necessary paperwork and licenses. Since this time we used the sea route for the sole reason of it being cheaper than air. Last two shipments were smaller so this time, due to quantity the air routes were no longer adoptable. Also there is no direct flight between Jakarta and Pakistan. Follow if you want to learn how to establish such routes and trading in a new country.
You don’t have to rush everything.
Not every season of life is meant to be fast, loud, or productive.
Some seasons are just… quiet. Slow. Uncertain.
And that doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.
We’ve been taught to chase timelines that were never ours to begin with.
Deadlines, milestones, “by this age you should…” most of it is noise.
What’s meant for you isn’t in a hurry.
It takes its time, builds in silence, and shows up when you’re actually ready to carry it.
So if life feels slower right now… let it be.
Breathe a little.
Move at your own pace.
Trust that not everything needs to happen all at once.
Some things are supposed to take time
that’s what makes them yours.
