New Education solar year 1396, which began today by ringing the school bell 🔔 in afghanistan.
according to the Office of Children (UNICEF), more than 3.7 million eligible children deprived from going to school.

Imagine a child, who cannot receive basic health services because his parents cannot afford 100 Rupees on a cough medicine. Imagine that same child, not being able to go to school, read or write simple alphabets, or even a book that costs less than 25 rupees.

HEFAC Foundation provides their basic needs (shelter, clothing food and education).
The main objectives are the survival protection, and development of these children and youth.

Every child have right to have a day of fun and frolic, a chance to have a nice bath, attend school, avail of medical attention the assurance of a good whole some meal and of course love.
