چین میں رہتے ہوئے ایک چیز جو بار بار حیران کرتی ہے، وہ یہاں کا transportation system اور اس کی efficiency ہے۔ ✈️🚄🇨🇳

آج Shenzhen سے Xi’an جانے کے لیے میں نے فلائٹس اور ٹرین دونوں کے fares compare کیے۔ حیرت کی بات یہ تھی کہ مجھے 650 RMB میں ہوائی جہاز کی ticket مل گئی، جبکہ ٹرین کا fare 900 RMB سے بھی زیادہ تھا۔ 😄

عام طور پر دنیا کے بہت سے ممالک میں یہ تصور ہوتا ہے کہ ٹرین نسبتاً سستی اور جہاز مہنگا ذریعۂ سفر ہے، لیکن چین میں بعض اوقات صورتحال بالکل مختلف نظر آتی ہے۔ یہاں مختلف airlines کے درمیان competition، frequent flights اور بڑے پیمانے پر air connectivity کی وجہ سے بعض routes پر flight ticket train سے بھی سستی مل جاتی ہے۔

اور سب سے دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ صرف price ہی نہیں، بلکہ وقت کا فرق بھی بہت بڑا ہوتا ہے۔ جس سفر میں ٹرین کے ذریعے کئی گھنٹے لگ سکتے ہیں، وہی سفر جہاز کے ذریعے چند گھنٹوں میں مکمل ہو جاتا ہے۔

یہ چیز چین کے transportation infrastructure کے بارے میں بہت کچھ بتاتی ہے — high-speed rail اپنی جگہ شاندار ہے، لیکن aviation network بھی اتنا ہی competitive اور accessible ہو سکتا ہے۔

کبھی کبھی چین میں واقعی فیصلہ یہ نہیں ہوتا کہ “ٹرین لوں یا جہاز؟”
بلکہ سوال یہ ہوتا ہے کہ **“اتنی سستی flight مل رہی ہے تو train کیوں لوں؟” 😂✈️🇨🇳

یہاں سفر صرف ایک جگہ سے دوسری جگہ پہنچنے کا نام نہیں، بلکہ ہر بار کوئی نہ کوئی نئی چیز سیکھنے کا موقع بھی دے دیتا ہے۔
