100 Students and Faculty of Darul Uloom Sarajia Naeemia, Lahore visited Dawah Centre for Women H-10 Campus, IIU Islamabad, February 24, 2025
A delegation of 100 students from Darul Uloom Sarajia Naeemia, Lahore, visited Dawah Centre for Women at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) today. The visit aimed to provide students with insight about the various educational, training, and dawah-related activities conducted at the center.
During their visit, the students explored the diverse programs offered by the Centre, focusing on Islamic education, skill development, and community outreach. They expressed deep admiration for the structured training sessions and Dawah Centre ’s commitment to promoting Islamic values and knowledge among women.
The students particularly praised the dedicated leadership and the efficient management of the institute.

Continuous Professional Development Program Held by Dawah Centre for Women at Provost office of Female Campus
On special invitation by Dr. Sajida. M. Jamil, the Provost Female Campus,
Dr. Faryal Umbreen, Incharge Dawah Centre for Women conducted an engaging and thought-provoking session for the staff of the Girls' Hostel at the Female Campus on January 9th.
Dr. Faryal highlighted how such interactive sessions not only enhance professional skills but also promote a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
In her address, Dr. Faryal underscored the significance of having a clear vision in life. She elaborated on the needfor individuals to understand their purpose and reflect on the deeper meaning behind their existence. "Having a vision gives our lives direction and clarity.

Umrah Training Organized by Dawah Center for Women, Dawah Academy, IIUI
On January 8, 2025, Dawah Center for Women conducted a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding of Umrah rituals.
Dr. Faryal Umbreen, along with the Master Trainers of Dawah Center for Women, presented various aspects of performing Umrah in detail. Prof. Dr. Amna Mehmood VP Female Campus delivered an insightful session, emphasizing the importance of undergoing proper training before embarking on Umrah or Hajj.
All the questions were answered, satisfying the participants. The primary objective of the session was to highlight the significance of understanding Umrah rituals while providing participants with a deeper spiritual and practical comprehension of this sacred journey.
The program concluded with a refreshing serving of refreshments, providing an opportunity for participants to reflect on the session and engage with fellow attendees.

HOLISTIC PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR YOUTH CONCLUDES AT DAWAH CENTRE FOR WOMEN
A life changing program organized by Dawah Centre for Women during Autumn Semester.
More than 100 students applied to join it.
Keeping in view the availability of time slot in the time table, it was planed to conduct the session every Friday.
The concluding ceremony began with the recitation of the Quran and a Naat. Incharge Dawah Centre for Women Dr. Faryal Umbreen then elaborated on the mission and visionary approach of the Dawah Center briefly. She highlighted the journey of Dawah and the impactful ways it has empowered individuals, particularly through initiatives like the Personality Development Program for Youth.
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, including VP Female Campus Prof. Dr. Amna Mehmood, Sudent Avisor Dr. Rukhsana Tariq, Provost Dr. Sajida Jameel, and Dr. Nishwa. A dedicated session was held to address students’ queries regarding the Personality Development Program for Youth.
Additionally, students shared their reflections on how the program had impacted them. They discussed the transformative changes in their perspectives toward life, communication, relationships, and overall well-being.
The Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Amna Mehmood, delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of having a mission and vision in life, particularly for young women. She stressed the need to prioritize Allah in all matters and urged the participants to consistently apply the lessons learned during the program in their daily lives.
Dr. Amna highly appreciated the activities carried out at Dawah Centre for Women and announced that there is a dire need of conducting such programs for both girls and boys of International Islamic University.

Islamabad: The Da’wah Center for Women, Da’wah Academy, International Islamic University, Islamabad, successfully held the third session of the Holistic Personality Development Program for female students, focusing on the topic of Spiritual Elevation.
This class was all about spiritual elevation and enhancing our connection with Allah. Here are the key takeaways:
Spiritual Uplift
Dr. Faryal emphasized the importance of punctuality in our daily prayers and strengthening our faith (eman). She reminded us why we pray—not only as an obligation but as a gift from the Almighty, a source of peace, and an expression of love for Allah. The participants were encouraged to structure their routines around the five daily prayers and to focus on truly listening and responding to the prayer (Azan).
Self-Analysis Activity
The participants were engaged in a powerful self-reflection exercise to assess their relationship with Allah swt and identify any barriers to feeling connected with Him. This activity aimed to help them establish a "habit loop" for spiritual growth.
Developing Positive Habits
To reinforce ne
w habits, Dr. Faryal Umbreen suggested writing down the habits we aspire to develop in a visible place, ensuring daily motivation and accountability.
These reflections and exercises provided the participants with practical tools to deepen our connection with Allah and prioritize our spiritual growth.
Miss. Ayesha Ali, a clinical psychologist from Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Women Campus, IIUI shared powerful techniques for better sleep and healthy life style.
