A Beautiful Lesson from the Prophet ﷺ

Once, an old woman used to throw garbage on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ every day when he passed by her house.
One day, the Prophet ﷺ noticed that she didn’t throw anything. Instead of feeling happy, he became concerned and went to check on her.

He found her sick and lying in bed. The Prophet ﷺ kindly asked about her health and offered help.
The old woman was shocked — the same man she insulted daily had come to care for her.
Tears filled her eyes as she said,

> “You truly are a Prophet of Allah.”

She accepted Islam because of his kindness and mercy. 💖

Moral: Always respond to hate with patience and kindness. True character shines in difficult times.

Hazrat Umar (RA) and the Poor Woman

One night, Caliph Umar ibn Al-Khattab (RA) was walking through Madinah when he heard children crying from hunger.

Their mother was boiling water with stones — just to make them think food was cooking.

Umar (RA) immediately went to the treasury, carried a sack of flour on his own back, and cooked food for the family himself.

The woman didn’t know who he was. When she found out later, she cried and made dua for him.

Lesson:
A true leader serves his people with love, humility, and sincerity — not pride.

The Power of a Single Date

Once, a poor man came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and said,
“I have nothing to give in charity.”

The Prophet ﷺ replied,
“Give something, even if it is half a date.”

The man found one date, broke it in half, and gave it to another poor person.
Years later, when his deeds were weighed on the Day of Judgment,
that half date shone brighter than mountains of gold.

Lesson:
Never underestimate small good deeds — Allah values the sincerity in your heart, not the size of your gift.

A Lesson from the Prophet ﷺ

Once, a man came to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and asked:
"O Messenger of Allah, give me advice."

The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Do not get angry."

The man kept asking again and again, but the Prophet ﷺ repeated the same words:
"Do not get angry."

This shows how important controlling anger is in Islam. Anger can destroy relationships, hurt others, and take away peace. But patience and calmness bring us closer to Allah.

Dua has the power to change what seems impossible.
It brings peace to the heart, hope in hard times, and closeness to Allah ﷻ.
When we raise our hands with sincerity, Allah listens – and He answers in the best way, at the best time.

A poor man once came to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and said he was very hungry. The Prophet ﷺ had no food at home, so he asked his companions who would host the man. One companion took him home, shared whatever little food he had with his family, and gave it to the guest first.

The Prophet ﷺ was very happy and said:
"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest.

A Short Islamic Story

Once, a man came to Hazrat Ali (RA) and asked:
"If everything is already written in our destiny, then why should we make dua?"

Hazrat Ali (RA) replied:
"Dua itself is a part of destiny. Just as your thirst brings you to water, your dua brings you to what is written for you."

Lesson: Never stop making dua. What you ask for might already be destined for you, but your dua is the key that unlocks it.

Surah Yaseen is called the “heart of the Quran.”

Reciting it brings many blessings and ease in difficulties.

It is a means of forgiveness for sins.

Reading it in the morning helps a person throughout the day.

Reciting it near someone who is passing away brings comfort.

In short: Surah Yaseen is very virtuous, full of blessings, and a source of mercy from Allah.

Once, a man came to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and asked, “O Messenger of Allah, tell me something in Islam that I can hold firmly.”

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Do not lie.”

That man promised. Later, whenever he thought of committing a sin, he would stop himself, thinking: “If I do this and the Prophet ﷺ asks me, I’ll have to tell the truth — and if I tell the truth, I’ll be exposed.”

Because of this one advice, he left all sins and became a pious Muslim.

Lesson: Honesty saves us from countless wrongdoings. 🌸
