Gilgit-Baltistan Electricity Board Act 2012 has been formed, we raised the question that why in this formation not a single Representative from the civil society has not been offered a space as Board Member. As this Emerging Industry has a power of Producing billions Returns for the government and Society. Who will defend the Community Interest in this, as the Powerful Lobbies will emerge to gain the major Shares of the returns?
