The wage gap between men and women is 80%, one of the highest for skilled agriculture workers, 65% in the manufacturing industry, and 17% for those with higher education.
The lack of gender diversity in Pakistan wastes a lot of our
resources.
Women in leadership roles can formulate and implement policies that make it easier and safer for females to join the workforce.

Assalam o Alaikum everyone!
We are a group of students from FAST university, working collaboratively on our campaign for "Gender Diversity and Inclusion".
We intend to examine people's attitudes about gender discrimination and create public awareness about the importance of gender equality through this campaign. We will also educate people about the seriousness of gender pay gap and glass ceilings.
