With more than 25 years of experience in teacher professional development, school leadership, curriculum design, and capacity building, Ms. Parveen brings exceptional expertise to our growing team. Throughout her career, she has conducted 1,500+ teacher training and Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, supporting schools and education systems across Pakistan.
Her professional journey includes collaborations with organizations such as AFAQ, JICA, Oxford University Press, GIZ, and Mojaz (British Council Partner), where she has contributed to strengthening teacher capacity, school leadership, life skills education, safeguarding, Montessori education, and foundational learning initiatives.
At Precision Insight Consultant, Ms. Parveen will provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of Foundational Learning, Leadership, and Life Skills programmes, helping education institutions, NGOs, and development partners build stronger educators and achieve better learning outcomes for every child.

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Muhammad Muttahir as our Senior Technical Consultant, Strategic Partnerships, Policy & Institutional Development at Precision Insight Consultant.
With more than 33 years of distinguished leadership in Pakistan's education sector, Mr. Muttahir brings exceptional expertise in education policy, institutional development, strategic planning, donor engagement, and public sector reform. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including Director of the Directorate of Professional Development (DPD), Chief Planning Officer, Member Academics at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board, and Project Director for several nationally and internationally funded education programmes.
His extensive collaboration with organizations such as UNICEF, World Bank, FCDO, British Council, UNDP, GIZ, WFP, NORAD, CIDA, ADB, and German KfW reflects his proven ability to build strategic partnerships, strengthen institutions, and lead transformative education initiatives.
At Precision Insight Consultant, Mr. Muttahir will provide strategic leadership in policy advisory, government engagement, institutional development, donor coordination, programme design, and systems strengthening, helping governments and development partners create sustainable and high-impact education solutions.
