یہاں ہر لڑکے کو ہر بھولی اور خوبصورت لڑکی سے عشق ہو جاتا ہے جو چند مہینوں بعد وبال جان بن جاتا ہے آخر میں دونوں کے پاس پچھتاوے کا علاوہ کچھ نہیں ہوتا۔
یہاں کچھ لڑکیاں جانوں مانوں کہ کر لڑکوں کو لوٹ لیتی ہیں تو کچھ لڑکے زمین و آسمان کو ساتھ ملا کر ایسے دعوے وعدے کرتے ہیں کہ سن کر عقل دنگ رہ جائے پھر لڑکیاں رات کے پچھلے پہر ان کے رنج و غم میں خوب روتی ہیں ۔
سی آر اور جی آر بننے کی فائدے ہوتے ہیں کہ آپ ٹیچر کے شناسا ہو جاتے ہیں پھر نمبروں میں بھی کہیں نا کہیں فائدہ مل جاتا ہے اگر آپ ایک خود پسند اور سخت مزاج والے ہیں تو اس بغیر تنخواہ والی نوکری سے دور رہیں۔
پلک جھپکتے سمسٹر ختم ہو جاتا ہے جتنا جلدی ہو سکے خود کو ماحول میں ایڈجسٹ کر کے مقصد کو حاصل کیا جائے۔
اب یونیورسٹی میں کتابیں بہت ہی کم پڑھائی جاتی ہیں پانچ سات اسباق ایک سمسٹر میں بمشکل کوور ہو پاتے ہیں جو ٹیچرز خود پی ڈی ایف فارم میں دے دیتے ہیں۔
ریگنگ نام کی چیز اب کہیں نہیں پائی جاتی ہاں اگر کہیں سینیئرز کے گروپ سے پالا پڑ جائے تو بجائے چھپنے کے ان کا سامنا کیا جائے اور جو کچھ آپ کو کرنے کو کہیں جیسا کہ پھونک مار کر بلب بجھانے اور بھی کئی کام مناسب لگے تو ٹھیک ورنہ سیدھا سیدھا جواب دے کا جان چھڑوا لیں، یہاں کوئی آپ کا کچھ نہیں بگاڑ سکتا۔
یہاں آ کر سب سے بڑا کام شخصیت اور رویے میں موجود اونچ نیچ کو درست کرنا ہوتا ہے ، پڑھائی تو وہ تھی جو آپ بارہ سال کر کے آئے ہیں یہاں صرف آپ کو سیکھنا ہے ۔
جتنا ہو سکے خود کو شرم اور لوگوں کے خوف سے باہر نکال کر ایک اظہار کرنے والا شخص بنائیں اگر اس مقام پر بھی ہچکچاتے رہے تو پھر آپ تو رہے ہر کام سے۔
*یہاں کوئی کسی کا سگا نہیں ہوتا
*آپ کے کامیاب و ناکام ہونے سے کسی کو فرق نہیں پڑتا
# مدعا صرف اتنا ہے کہ کو خودی کو تلاش کرو اور اس میں پنہا راز افشاں کرو باقی سب مایہ ہے ۔
اپنے مقصد ہر لمحہ اول رکھو دنیا داری ، اور زمانے کے چونچلوں سے خود کو دور رکھو ۔
آخر میں اسلم کولسری کا مشہور زمانہ شعر کہوں گا۔

IIUI EXTENDS LAST DATE OF ADMISSION TILL AUGUST 05
International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has extended the last date for submission of online application forms for admission (Fall 2022 semester) till August 05, 2022.
The decision has been taken to facilitate more candidates who intend to apply for admission. IIU has offered admission to BS/MS/PhD programs in 10 faculties including Social Sciences, Basic and Applied Sciences, Management Sciences, International institute for Islamic Economics, Arabic, Usuluddin, Languages and Literature, Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Technology and Shariah and Law.

IIUI HOLDS JOB FAIR
President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Al-Otaibi, saying that higher education in Pakistan is evolving rapidly and expectations of society are also rising accordingly, stressed upon academia to come forward and play its progressive role to make the education truly relevant.
He shared his views during the inaugural ceremony of Job Fair organized by Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) held at Quaid-i-Azam Auditorium, Faisal Masjid Campus of the university. He said that producing all round graduates along with professional development and preparing them to display true image of Islam is our main focus in the university. He opined that maintaining the quality of higher education in institutions must be the top priority to achieve sustainability and progress in the country.
Dr. Hathal inaugurated the Job Fair along with Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, Dr. Abdul Raheman. The event was attended by as many as 25 organizations set-up their stalls for interviews of the students.
During the inaugural ceremony, Dr. Hathal Hamoud, President IIUI visited various booths established by various multinational companies and organizations and witnessed the interviews of the students of various disciplines of Faculty of Management Sciences. President IIUI maintained that opportunities play a key role for career development and polishing talent of the students. President, IIUI appreciated the interactive activities of students and representatives of companies in the job fair and also presented shields to the representatives of companies at job fair and organizing committee on the occasion.
On the occasion, Dr. Abdul Rehman, Dean FMS also briefed the representative of companies about the university and its contributions for the development of the country while visiting various booths established by the companies. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Dean FMS said that the job fair is aimed at providing an opportunity to employers and qualified youth to interact with each other. “We are providing employers with a perfect platform to interact with their prospective candidates one-on-one” he said. He added that the activity has been planned to minimize the burden of the government that it has been facing due to unemployment. He added that FMS is committed to inculcate professional and entrepreneurial learning opportunities among students. Dean FMS said that during the day long activity, female students of Faculty of Management Sciences would interact with representative of companies till noon, while male students would interact with the Human Resource representatives at Quaid-I Azam Auditorium, Faisal Masjid Campus after lunch break.
Dr. Uzma Noor, briefing the purpose of the job fair said that the event is not only to provide jobs for the students but also building long-term relationship with the corporate, social and public organizations as Faculty of Management Sciences intends to create liaising with the participating organizations in research and including them in its corporate advisory board. She also briefed that to prepare the students for job fair, several pre job fair activities such as interactive sessions, CV making workshops and mock interviews were conducted during the last two months.
On this occasion representatives of the companies shared that setting up our companies both here at the campus is to induct qualified youth and train them according to the needs of the job market. It would certainly enhance the performance of the talented youth.

SOLUTION TO DIFFERENCES IS DIALOGUE NOT GUNS: AHSAN IQBAL
Islamabad: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal said on Wednesday solution to differences is dialogue not the guns. He said that scientific research is needed to get rid of terrorism and extremism.
While addressing a two-day International Islamic Conference on Peace organized by the Islamic Research Institute (IRI) of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), he said that the widespread access to social media has allowed extremist elements to propagate negative attitudes. He said wars are now fought on a hybrid level.
Federal Minister said that the main weapon of hybrid war is propaganda of hatred. He said that few elements were attempting to pollute the minds of the people by disseminating lies. Ahsan Iqbal stressed upon the need of the establishment of institutions to curb the uncertainty caused by negative elements.
Talking about the issues of peaceful coexistence in India, he said that the identity of Muslims and Islamic values were at stake in India as Indian government was supporting prejudice against Muslims. He also said that in this globalized era, a conflict or an act of hatred, engulfs the whole world. He opined that effects of the conflict are global, as exemplified by the Russia-Ukraine war. He said that peace and justice are the guarantors of social development and prosperity.
The Federal Minister for Planning said that without empathy it is not possible to resolve conflicts and extremism. ۔ He said that misguided people have hijacked the narrative of Islam, in order to protect the identity of the Islamic world we have to formulate our own narratives. Ahsan Iqbal further said that humanity is suffering from extremism all over the world. Appreciating the role of Islamic University in promoting peace, he said that we are working together with Islamic University for the promotion of peace. Ahsan Iqbal said that the religion of Islam has immense sanctity of human life.
Addressing the conference on the occasion, Rector of the Islamic University, Dr. Masoom Yasinzai said that the conference would be a source of preparing a roadmap for future peace strategy. He said that the graduates of Islamic University are holding prominent positions all over the world and are spreading the message of peace of the university. ۔ The Rector of the university said that the Islamic University would hold Islamic conference on peace every year.
Addressing the conference, the President of the Islamic University, Dr. Hathal Homoud Al-Otaibi, said that Islam promotes peace and peaceful coexistence. He said that the role of universities was pivotal in promoting peace. He said that universities are the only institutions that can train the young generation in accordance with Islamic teachings and the requirements of modern times.
Dr. Hathal said that Pak-Saudi relations are getting stronger with time. He said that the role of Islamic University in promoting peace is exemplary and the highest example of this is the narrative of Pakistan e Pakistan formed by Islamic Research Institute. He said that the graduates of Islamic University hold prominent positions all over the world and are spreading the message of peace of the university. He said that the newly formed five-year strategic plan of the university would open new avenues for development and quality education, while improving the real quality of education was the top priority of university management.
Informing about the aims and objectives of the conference, Dr. Zia-ul-Haq, DG Islamic Research Institute said that the aim of the conference was to defeat hatred and establish peace. He said that the message of Paigham e Pakistan was aimed at promoting peace. He thanked Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif for supervising the conference and Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal for his cooperation in organizing the conference.
