Endurance and physical process for executive posts like Sub Inspector Investigation, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable and Constable Drivers has been scheduled on 1st September, 2021.
FIA web portal will be activated from tomorrow i.e. on 23 Aug, 21 through which all applicants can confirm their eligibility status and download their registration slip(s) in case if they are eligible.
Registration Slip for executive post will contain information about Physical test center and date while those for ministrial posts have N/A for physical test center and date as the process of endurance and physical is not required for ministrial posts.
CBT(Computer based test) will be conducted in October shortly subject to the in time completion of the endurance and physical test(s).

Search will be made on CNIC based only. No Login required for eligibility confirmation and downloading registration slip(s).

SOP for endurance and physical test will be displayed on portal.

List of FIA test centers for endurance and physical test will also be displayed on the portal for address confirmation purpose.

Nowadays i see this kind of posts in bulk in my newsfeed where either Masjid Nabvi or Khana Khaba pictures with the below sentence on top of the picture. To get some likes and comments, different pages use pictures of Holy places with such captions on top of it.

I have a niece of age 2 years and 6 months. As she is the very first kid of my elder brother so everyone in our home is so attached with her. She is very cute ALHUMDULILLAH. She watches poems and cartoons all day. She can differentiate between different colours as she knows the names of all colours. Furthermore, she has learned all the English alphabets and digits by heart. We all acknowledge that she has a sharp memory. My parents( her grandparents ) always tell our relatives that she is very intelligent. Indeed she is and may Allah succeed her in every sphere of life. I have grown up in the same environment by listening that i am so intelligent. I had to work more and more to maintain that tag and thinking of failure at some stages had given me some sleepless nights. Whenever i performed bad, it was the most difficult thing for me to inform my parents that i hadn't got much marks as you was expecting from me. As we are living under the tag of intelligent people, it becomes difficult for us to accept failures.
Moral of the story: Do not associate the word "Intelligent" with your kids. It is not necessary that a person who comes first in his school will become the most successful person in his/her life. However, if still people think their kids or grandkids are the most intelligent ones, try to make them HAFIZ E QURAN so they can become the reason for your ticket to Jannah.

If you are seeking a government job, you will pass through certain phases.
In start, everyone of your family member will motivate you to work hard and eventually you will get one and once you get that job your life will become stable. After passing an year or two, if you still haven't got a job yet, most of your family members will switch to silent mode. They won't say neither good nor bad about your ambition of seeking a government job. They will make you realise that it is your decision to wait further or explore something else. Most of people remain adamant as they have either self belief or they think they can do better. Then comes the last stage, which is frightening and depressing. When more than 4,5 years passes and you are still looking for a government job and could not get a single job in these years, there the patience of your parents and siblings perishes and they start compelling you to do something else and give up this goal.

The above all phases are bearable but some people like me, who is reluctant to divert from his/her ambition, go through a phase where your parents start taunting you in front of other people.
You cannot get it early if it is not written in your Naseeb. Whenever i get my interview result that i am not selected, the first thing comes in my mind is that what to tell to my parents now as another door is closed too.

These are the dmc's of a girl, named, Izza Arshad. She kept the same subjects which she had opted for her first attempt. In her first attempt, she got 82 marks in psychology, which was her highest marks among all other subjects. She kept the same subjects for next year and after more preparation she then got only 35 marks, which is barely passing marks. That is how sometimes a more hard working aspirant does not allocate.

I saw a video an hour or two ago where two men were beating viciously a lady and her mother inside her house. Her son uploaded that video on facebook to seek help from Police and other authorities.
All the people who had watched that video became furious and tagged relevant authorities and people in their comments to take instant action.
Now i saw another picture where the culprits were standing behind the bars. This is the power of social media which can provide help and save lives if use in effective way.
