Ali Banat... an Australian millionaire of Arab descent
His life was full of extravagance and money, as his fortune is estimated at 930 million dollars.. His life turned after he was diagnosed with cancer of the fourth degree, and the doctors decided that he would live for 7 months at the age of 33.
Ali, one of the world's largest merchants, turned to trade with God. He decided to donate all his money and wealth to poor Muslims. He spent most of his money building mosques, schools, and orphanages for the poor in Africa.
People and children loved him, and his fame spread in East African countries until he died, may God have mercy on him, in 2018, to leave behind the Charitable Foundation (Muslims Around the World), which is still active in helping the poor and orphans.
Ali says: “Praise be to God.. God blessed me with cancer, which was a gift, which gave me the opportunity to change for the better. When I learned about this, I felt a strong desire to get rid of everything I owned, and to get closer to God.”
May Allah reward him with Jannatul firdaus 🤲.
