The AWT (Allah Wala Trust) BMI Calculator, launched under the Ministry of Health, is a digital health tool designed to assess student fitness by calculating Body Mass Index using height and weight measurements. The calculator determines whether students are underweight, normal, or overweight according to WHO standards. For students identified as underweight or overweight, it provides targeted suggestions and a proper diet plan to help achieve a healthy BMI range. This initiative aims to promote nutritional awareness and preventive healthcare among youth through early assessment and guidance.

It is requested that all Heads of Institutions make these e-books accessible to every Chromebook deployed at their respective institutions.
*Interactive Boards*
Additionally, the recently deployed Interactive Boards with 1TB of built-in space can also download and store these e-books. All the are encouraged to utilize this feature to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
It is recommended incorporating these e-books into daily teaching practices for classes held on the Interactive Boards. This will enable a more engaging and interactive learning environment for students.
