Do you know how many types are there of body?

There are three types, and on the basis of these types you can have muscle mass fat percentage.

Ectomorphs:
They are long and lean. They struggle to gain weight no matter how many carbs or how much fat they eat. They usually have a lean build with long limbs and small muscles.
Endomorphs:
They are rounded, with lots of muscle and body fat, a stockier structure, and a slower metabolism (Think of football linemen.)
Mesomorphs:
They are athletic and muscular, capable of gaining weight or losing weight easily thanks to their efficient metabolisms.

Do you know overtraining can cause some serious inhuries?

Repeatedly stressing your muscles without rest doesn't give your body enough time to repair the minor strains and injuries that naturally accumulate while you train. Eliminating rest days may cause these small injuries to grow into major problems. In addition, overexertion can aggravate old injuries.
Overworking your body with your workout regime can make you feel tired and sore. If you notice any signs that indicate that you've pushed your body too hard, it's time to take a break or change your workout program.
