**A Love Worth Waiting For**

In the bustling city of New York, amidst the chaotic rhythm of life, there lived two souls destined to find each other - Sarah and David. ​ *The Farmer and the Dog*

One evening, a Farmer returned home from his farm. He had left his baby asleep in the cradle. His faithful Dog was watching over the child.

When the Farmer reached the room, he saw the baby’s cradle turned upside down and blood everywhere. The baby was missing.

The Farmer understood that a beast had killed his baby. Now he was very sad and upset.

Then he saw that his Dog was lying quietly with blood on his mouth and body. The Farmer was so angry that he picked up a an axe and hit the Dog. The poor Dog cried out in pain and died.

The Farmer now rushed to the turned cradle and lifted it. His little son was perfectly safe and sleeping, peacefully!

A big, ugly Snake lay dead near the cradle.

The Farmer was shocked. He was happy that his baby was safe, but very sad that his beloved Dog was dead.

Now he understood that his Dog had fought and killed the Snake to save the baby. He realised his mistake.

He had killed his loyal Dog without thinking. Sadly, he picked up his baby.

Present Indefinite Tense
فعل حال مطلق

جن جملوں کے آخر میں"تاہے” "تے ہیں” "تو ہے” "تی ہیں” وغیرہ لفظ آتے ہیں وہ جملے Present Indefinite Tense کے جملے کہے جاتے ہیں۔ یہ زمانہ غیر متعین ہوتا ہے۔ اس میں قدرت ، عادت ،سدا سچ بھی ظاہر ہوتا ہے۔

انگریزی میں ترجمہ کرنے کے طریقے
(1) اس Tense میں Is ,Am , Are کا استعمال نہیں کیا جاتا۔
(1) سادہ جملوں یعنی Affirmative Sentences میں Verb کا استعمال اس طرح سے ہوتا ہے کہ I ,We You, They اور دیگر سبھی جمع Subject کے ساتھ Verb کی پہلی فارم کا استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ He, She, It اور دیگر سبھی واحد Subject کے ساتھ Verb کی پہلی فارم میں S یا Es جوڑ دیتے ہیں
(2) منفی جملوں یعنی Negative Sentences میں I, We, You, They اور دیگر جمع Subject کے ساتھ Do Not کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ He, She, It اور دیگر سبھی واحد Subject کے ساتھ Does Not لگاتے ہیں، ایسے میں Verb کی پہلی فارم میں S یا Es نہیں لگاتے۔ لیکن اگر جملے میں کبھی "نہیں” کا استعمال ہوتا ہے تو Never کا استعمال کرتے ہیں ، ایسے میں Do Not یا Does Not کا استعمال نہیں کرتے اور Verb کی پہلی فارم میں Subject کے مطابق S یا Es جوڑ دیتے ہیں۔
(3) سوالیہ جملوں یعنی Interrogative Sentences میں Do یا Does , سبجیکٹ(Subject) سے پہلے لگتا ہے۔ جب جملے میں سوالیہ لفظ بیچ میں ہو تو اس لفظ کی انگریزی Do یا Does سے پہلے لگاتے ہیں۔ جملے کے آخر میں سوالیہ نشان (؟) لگاتے ہیں۔اس Tense کو ہمیشہ کے لیے یاد رکھنے کے لیے ان Rules کو زبانی یاد کریں۔

اب آئیے کچھ مثالیں دیکھیں

وہ کتاب پڑھتا ہے۔
He reads a book.
وہ کتاب پڑھتے ہیں۔
They read a book.
وہ کتاب نہیں پڑتا ہے.
۔He does not read a book
وہ کبھی کتاب نہیں پڑتا ہے.
۔He never reads a book
وہ کتاب نہیں پڑھتے ہیں۔
They do not read the books
کیا وہ کتاب پڑھتا ہے ؟
Does he read a book?
وہ کتاب کیوں نہیں پڑھتے ہیں؟
Why do they not read the book?

کچھ سمجھ نہ آیا تو آپ پوچھ سکتے ہیں۔
