Job Responsibilities:

Everyday Tasks

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Assist with the recruitment process through talent hunting, interview scheduling and record keeping

Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

Regularly update the employees’ record in the HRMS

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

Managing the company’s branding and participation at various networking events including job fairs, recruitment drives etc.

Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, filing paperwork, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee; maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or existing employees

Qualifications & Competencies Required

MBA, BBA Hons or Masters in HR

Proven experience as an HR assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position

PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS

Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases

Excellent written and verbal skills

Organized and efficient in daily tasks

Preferred:

Students, faculty & staff at the National University of Science & Technology celebrated the opening of a state-of-the-art library at NUST H-12 campus on Tuesday, November 13. The new facility boasts a kaleidoscopic interior design, owing to an indigenous endeavour by various teams at NUST. Lt Gen Naweed Zaman, HI(M), (Retd), Rector NUST, inaugurated the library and declared it officially open to the community on campus. He lauded the efforts of all those who contributed towards the making of this remarkable learning centre.
The three-storey central library is home to more than 350,000 books and research material. Online catalogues at the library will help students to locate books, articles and other information available in the library and online. The central library will supplement the existing libraries available at all our institutions. The brand new study spaces with a seating capacity of 550+ individuals, and dedicated group-study areas, along with multiple online resources, make it an inspiring and creative space for learning.
