School Leader Dingi - September Activities

1. Welcomed students back to school following the summer vacation, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Conducted enrollment campaigns resulting in 35 new admissions.
3. Engaged with the local community to raise awareness about the importance of children's education.
4. Initiated the first literacy skills assessment, thoroughly analyzed each student's performance, and compiled detailed results.
5. Conducted a review of student notebooks to monitor academic progress.
6. Delivered model lessons to demonstrate effective teaching strategies.
7. Carried out classroom observations to assess teacher implementation of training modules.
8. Fostered a supportive environment for teachers to help them deliver quality education.
9. Provided constructive feedback to both teachers and head teachers, focusing on areas for improvement.
10. Encouraged student participation in meaningful learning activities and created an engaging atmosphere, including games, to make the school a more attractive place for students.

Enrollment and Awareness Campaign for Government Primary School Chambapind

I have relaunched the enrollment and awareness campaign with a renewed focus on enhancing the quality of education at Government Primary School Chambapind, Haripur. Our mission is to improve the school's image and ensure that every child in the Dingi Cluster, Subdivision Haripur, has access to a high-quality education.

خیبر پختونخوا میں اسکول داخلہ مہم 2024 کے دوسرے مرحلے کا باقاعدہ آغاز یکم ستمبر سے ہونے جا رہا ہے۔ یہ داخلہ مہم 30 ستمبر تک جاری رہے گی۔ اسکول داخلہ مہم کے پہلے مرحلے میں ریکارڈ 12 لاکھ بچوں کا داخلہ ہوا ہے۔ دوسرے مرحلے میں 3 لاکھ بچوں کو اسکولوں میں داخل کرنے کا ہدف ہے۔ محکمہ تعلیم، اسکول داخلہ مہم 2024 کے دونوں مرحلوں کو ملا کر مجموعی طور پر 1.5 ملین بچوں کو اسکولوں میں لائے گا۔ #تعلیم_سب_کے_لیے

The two-day training workshop focused on enhancing teachers' pedagogical skills, capacity building, and professional development. Key activities included micro-teaching, lesson planning, and the application of SLOs. The workshop underscored the importance of active learning, classroom management, and curriculum implementation, with feedback sessions aimed at refining teaching methods. This session was held at Government High School Sector No. 2, Khalabat Township, Haripur, and led by the school leaders of Haripur: Faraz Bashir, Waqas Ahmad, Wilayat Khan, and Aamir Khan. Their leadership in teacher capacity building at the primary level is expected to significantly raise the quality of education and support the professional growth of teachers, as they lead by example.

In Ladha village, we gathered to talk about getting more kids into Government Primary School and making sure parents are involved. Even though it was hot, we sat under the trees, feeling refreshed by the breeze. Elders and local government reps joined us, boosting our hope for better education together.

خانپور کلسٹر کے سکول لیڈر محترم جناب قدیر احمد صاحب نے جامعہ پاک آسٹریا ہریپور کے طلباء کے باہمی تعاون سے جی پی ایس خانپور نمبر ۲ کے نادار طلباء کیلیے فری نوٹ بکس اور بنیادی سٹیشنری کا سامان مہیا کیا. اس موقع پر ہیڈٹیچر جناب راجہ عمر صاحب نے مذکورہ کارِ خیر کے انعقاد کیلیے سکول لیڈر صاحب کا تہہ دل سے شکریہ ادا کیا اور مہمانانِ گرامی کی سماجی خدمت کو سراہا. سکول لیڈر قدیر احمد صاحب اس سے پہلے کلسٹر خانپور کے دیگر سکولوں میں مستحق طلباء کیلیے سرمائی ملبوسات, فری یونیفارم, مفت کاپیوں, بستوں اور دیگر ضروری اشیاء کا بندوبست بھی کر چکے ہیں. سکول لیڈر صاحب پرعزم ہیں کہ خانپور کلسٹر میں کوئی بھی بچہ زیورِ تعلیم سے محروم نہ رہے اور سب بچے بغیر کسی امتیاز کے مفت, معیاری تعلیم حاصل کرسکیں اور وسائل کی کمی کبھی انکی راہ کی دیوار نہ بنے!
